Hey guys! Sorry about the long time between posts, school has gotten super crazy for me. I hope you guys enjoy this next chapter!
Chapter 32
Scott's POV
There was a car waiting for us when the plane landed. As Calvin and I were walking on to the runway, Nikki stepped out of the car.
"Hi boys!" she said waving her hand.
"Nikki" I said giving my sister a hug "What's up with this fancy dinner?"
"He's finally doing it." Nikki said. I knew exactly what she meant.
"Who's doing what?" Calvin asked.
"Dad's running for the Connecticut senate seat." I replied. I explained how the Republican party has been trying to get my dad into office for a few years. Dad always turned them down though because he didn't think that it was for him.
"This dinner is to show big Connecticut benefactors that he is someone they should donate their money to. He is having Blaine and Olivia come to show the straight couple, me I guess for a little celebrity clout and you two because it shows that he is accepting of the gay lifestyle. That's one thing that he has on the other Republican candidate." Nikki explained.
I didn't surprise me that Dad would do all of this so Cal and I would put on a good show for him. I still haven't forgotten how cold he was the last time I was home with Calvin. I couldn't wait to remind him of that either and ask what the hell was going on.
"So how are we supposed to impress people to support your dad's campaign?" Calvin asked.
"Just be yourself, babe" I said kissing him on the forehead.
The three of us then got into the back of the car and it took us to my parent's house. The car pulled up to the house and I got out of the car. I looked back waiting for Nikki and Calvin to follow.
"You're the only one getting out here, Scott." Nikki said "I'm taking Cal into town to get him a tux."
I shut the door and the car drove out of the driveway. I walked into the house. Marie was walking through the foyer as I came inside.
"Scott! So good to see you!" she said giving me a hug. "Your mother wanted me to send you upstairs as soon as you came home."
"Thanks, Marie" I replied giving her smile.
I turned and went up the stairs. As soon as I reached the top of the landing, my mom came walking down the hall.
"Oh good you're here." she said "Is Calvin with you?"
"He's in town with Nikki getting fitted for a tux." I replied.
"Fabulous. You're father is in our room. He wants to speak with you before tonight." Mom said before floating down the stairs.
Dad wanted to talk to me so I guess there was an agenda for me and Cal tonight. I really wanted to talk to Dad too.
"Knock knock" I said tapping a knuckle on the door to my parents room. Dad had just finished putting his belt on.
"Scott! So glad you and Cal could make it tonight." he said with a smile.
"Mom said you wanted to talk to me."
"Yes. First off I just wanted to apologize to you for my actions the last time Calvin was here. I was taken by surprise and I didn't react in the best of ways. That's why I'm glad you two accepted my invitation to come tonight. I want to try to make up for my behavior."
"Is there another reason that you wanted us to come tonight?" I asked sitting down in a nearby armchair.
"Yes. As you know, I'm running for the state senate. I want the people to see that I support people of all walks of life."
"And having your gay son and his boyfriend will be sure to sway the gay vote." I interrupted.
"That is helpful. But I also want you there because you are my son and it would mean a lot if you would join us tonight."
"If you inviting Calvin tonight means that you accept him as someone that I plan to have around for a long time, then we will attend your little party."
"I do, Scott. You don't know how happy you two coming tonight makes me." Dad said. "The dinner is in a couple hours so you might want to go dig out your tux."
I got a text from Cal as I was walking to my room. It was a picture of him in a tux that said 'Bond, James Bond'. I replied back with 'Well Mr. Bond, that tux looks great on you'. Cal could really clean up nice. I couldn't wait to see him in person in the tux. Maybe we could find a quiet place at the dinner to break in the tux. I could feel my dick harden with that thought.
I hopped in the shower and started pulling on my dick. Thinking of Cal in his tux on his knees sucking on my cock really got me going. One hand pumped the full length of my dick while the other was fondling my balls. The sensation threw me over the edge and I came all over the shower wall. I finished the rest of my shower and dried off. I put my tux on and headed down stairs.
"Oh there you are" Mom said as I stepped into the foyer. Blaine, Olivia, Nikki and Calvin had all shown up while I was in the shower.
"Are you and Cal going to ride with us?" Blaine asked. Mom and dad had already stepped outside, leaving the rest of us in the foyer.
"Actually, I left something upstairs. Why don't you take Olivia and Nikki. Cal and I will follow." I responded.
"Alright. I guess we will see you guys there then." Blaine said and the three of them walked out to Blaine's car.
"What did you leave upstairs?" Cal asked genuinely curious.
"Nothing." I replied. "I just wanted to drive separately. You know, in case we want to stay here a little longer or leave a little early."
"And why would we be staying here much later?" he asked with a mischievous smile.
"I think you know a good reason." I said "But we better go before I decide to rip that suit right of you" Cal and I both chuckled.
We both headed outside and into my car. The drive was about 25 minutes from our house to the place the dinner was being held. About halfway through the drive, it began to rain.
We arrived just in time. Dad was at the podium to give a little speech before the dinner began.
"First off I'd like to thank you all for attending tonight. You're support means a great deal to me. But I wouldn't be here at all if it wasn't for the amazing support from my family. Now I know I have known many of you in this room for many years, but I still would like to introduce you to my family. My wonderful wife, Gloria, who has put up with me for the past 35 years."
Mom walked out on stage and waived to the crowd.
"Now my oldest child, Blaine and his beautiful wife Olivia."
They followed Mom's routine, walked out on stage with a wave and stood next to Mom.
"My little girl, Nicolette"
Nikki stepped out on stage and she too waved to the crowd, but Nikki being Nikki had to add something extra so she blew the crowd a kiss.
"And last but certainly not least, my youngest child Scott and his boyfriend Calvin Williams."
Cal threw me a surprised look. I didn't think my dad would include Cal in the 'introduce my family speech'. I grabbed his hand and we walked out on stage. Cal plastered a big smile on his face and gave the crowd a simple wave.
"We now welcome you all to stay, eat and mingle around the room." Dad said finishing up the speech.
The family filed off the stage and we sat down at our table to enjoy the meal. After we ate, Dad strongly encourage us to get up and go talk to the guests.
Calvin and I got up and headed towards the bar. A few people stopped us on the way there to show their support for both my dad and for us to come out as a happy same sex couple.
"That's not going to get old tonight" I whispered sarcastically. Cal laughed.
"I know we're in Connecticut but I could really use a Long Island" Cal whispered back. I couldn't agree more.
We stepped up to the bar and I ordered two Long Islands. A young couple, probably in their mid-30's, chatted with us at the bar for a while. Eventually that couple went to go sit back down at their table. They were soon replaced with Nikki.
"Please tell me you two are getting close to leaving. This is so boring!" Nikki exclaimed. I couldn't say I didn't agree with her. This place was more my parents' type of scene. I would be fine with leaving anytime.
"I think we are going to stay a tiny bit longer." I said. "Plus I drove the two seater so there would be no way for you to ride with us."
"Ugh, fine. Maybe I can convince Olivia to get Blaine to leave." Nikki huffed before walking in Olivia's direction.
After Nikki left, I turned to face Calvin. He looked kind of exhausted.
"No offense or anything, but I would be all for heading home." Cal expressed
"How about we get another drink and make one last round around the room."
"Deal." he smiled.
The bartender got Cal another Long Island and I took a beer. We made our way around the room handing out hellos and thank you for coming to anyone who was nearby. Then we went over to the rest of the family to tell them that we would be leaving.
"I think we're going to take off." I said. "After the plane ride and then coming straight here, we're pretty tired."
"This was a really wonderful event, Mr. Ashmore" Calvin said
"Please call me Tim." Dad replied. He and Cal shook hands.
"We will see you guys at home" Mom said hugging us.
We made our way to the door where we waited for the valet to get my car. From the looks of it, the rain had no plans of stopping for the rest of the night.
The valet pulled up with the car and we took off towards home.
"I'm so excited to get on that comfortable bed." Cal yawned.
"Oh thank God, I've been wanting to rip that tux off of you all night" I replied with a sly smile.
"Calm down tiger. You got some on the plane, you can hold off for a little bit."
"I guess the tux ripping can wait." I smiled, allowing my eyes to linger on Cal longer than they should have.
"Scott! Watch out!" Cal screamed.
There was a crashing sound and then everything went black.
