Again, the point of this thread was just to say Logan was most likely bi (and not straight as he claims, just remember Mason's gf) since he apparently dated a male cousin of someone.

They use two cameras and I'd assume that CF operates one and then they probably have a sound guy and maybe a lighting guy, so that's a crew of four. I'd guess they're probably freelancers who maybe work for other video companies during the week and pick up work with CF on the weekend. Their rates would probably be about $500 a day max, off the books. I'd assume he doesn't rent equipment so, yeah, exclusive of talent, $3000 would do it. His biggest challenge is finding good talent, not making the videos.

My point, however, G, was that it would seem to take a lot more than the promise of twenty thousand dollars to get your average good looking blue collar 22 year old to make out with a guy, suck his dick and get fucked by him on camera. There's got to be something more going on there. Whether it's latent gay feelings, blatant exhibitionism or just a desire to do something dirty, a loan shark demanding payment in 48 hours-- well, we'll never know. But it's more than just an easy way to make money. Whether there's emotional manipulation too (introduce new guy to the "CF Family," let the crew make him feel accepted and part of the gang so as to make the sexual line-crossing seem less significant) - that's something else we'll never know.

There is probably something more than money bringing them in and I think exhibitionism and curiosity and desperation probably rank right up there. But I'd assume that what keeps them coming back is the $$$. Once you've taken that big step, it's alot easier to do it again and again, since you have nothing else to lose and a lot more $$$ to make. That's where I agree with Phunk. It's basic human nature, the more you do something you don't like to do or don't want to do, the more you can detach yourself from it. And if you kinda like it, or really enjoy it, which I'd assume most of these guys do, then there's no problem at all. It happens in all kinds of professions: strippers, professional assassins, meat-packing plant workers. :D

I imagine that some of these guys come from single parent households, maybe from dysfunctional families, and grew up with very little money. If the parents are absent or estranged, then there's nothing there to cause any shame. And if the parents cut these guys loose at 18 and the guys have any thought to paying for college, then this a way to work very little and make a lot. There isn't a part time job out there that pays $1000/hr, gives you a weekend in a warm climate, with all kinds of fun stuff to do, and lots of male bonding.

Sorry, Ben, for hijacking this thread. But, I'm sure if Logan reads this thread, he will contact you immediately with a marriage proposal. And then, we'll expect you to tell us the real scoop about all the CF models. ;) And yeah, if I had to marry any of them, Logan would be my choice. But then, I'd also keep Trevor on the side. And TJ would be my houseboy. And I'd even let Dawson do my yardwork.

Ben, I am sure that while some of these guys may truly be gay for pay some of them aren't despite what the sites say. Some of them are probably using this as an opportunity to figure things out about there sexuality while making some cash in the process.
 
Yeah the thing that is so hot is that Logan is such a goof and seem to be some genuinely fun company... Kinda like, you see him, you can't help but smile. And as opposed to many other guys on CF which are flat in terms of personality (Dawson, TJ, Lucas) he totally stands out and seems to be really himself you know. That's what I find so hot about him, even though in looks he's #2 after Jeff. Personality makes him #1.

I surely do hope Jeff is just shy and will "bust out" of his shell at some point. Then I'll marry him too.
