I live in England, and my local market has pig's heads, snouts, ears, trotters, pig lung, pig intestines, pig stomach, various chops and joints available, as well as spare ribs, soup bones on sale. No biggy.
As for the alligator - it's just another animal. Just like having kangaroo meat, ostrich, horse meat on sale in various other parts of the world...
Bulk rice is sensible - buy in bulk, a lot cheaper. Besides, that is really weigh as much as you need. We were in Hong Kong for a couple of weeks recently, and we went to get 5kg of rice. It was better than any rice we bought in the UK.
Minute Maid - a Texan company making it good in China. It's a big market, and promoting there is a good idea if you can attract the audience for your products.
WRT to turtles, yep, I snapped some pics last year when I was in China. They also have live fish that you can pick, and they clean them for you immediately. If you've never had fresh fish before, you're missing out on the freshnes..
No. 6, I think is dried pork sausage - The pork meat is raw and marinated in chinese wine, flavoured with salt, sugar, spices and soysauce, then air dried as a means of preserving and improving the flavour. When they are steam cooked, the fat turns translucent and adds moisture to the meat. Don't knock it till you've tried it. Its often sweet tasting, and nothing like a western sausage.
WRT the rib cages - pork bones make excellent meat broth. You may have encountered Japanese tonkotsu ramen noodles - noodles in pork bone broth.
Dried reptile - meh, I've tried it when mum bought some years back. Nothing to write home about. I'm surprised they didn't show who dried fish. Salt preseverd fish can be used to add flavour in cooking meat and veg dishes. Much like some folks love anchovies or fish sauce..
I've skinned frogs before, and it was cooked and eaten. Again, mum brought it home still hopping, and she got the cleaver out gave its head a wallop, and slip its belly open and as me to slide the skin off. Harder than it looks, all slippery and tough.
The duck - I'm not a fan of. It's preseved and dried. Like almost any meat which can be preserved, it's just another food processing method from the days without refrigeration.
WRT. "beef granules" think beef jerky.
The anti-bacterial undies - well, you can get anti-bac socks, so why not? Dong Zhu means Eastern Pearl.
