Getting cut twice, the second time is called a revision. Usually to improve the look from the first circumcision or to remove more foreskin if not all of the foreskin was removed the first time. Also sometimes just to make it more tight or with age will make it loose and another circumcision tightens everything again sorta say.

The way I see It (literally), and I do LOVE seeing IT, the main focus here is Dicks.
And, since there are a lot of Str8 Guys who won't show their Dicks, unless a woman is in the picture, just to "prove" they're not Gay, if it's women that "bring them Out", then so be it! More Dicks to see!
Kind of just goes to Show that "The End" (pun intended) often justifies the means.
