Climate Science biting liberals in the ass again.

Absolute bullshit.

Out of one side of your mouth you blame wages being too high in America and forcing all jobs and industry to flee the country.

Out of the other side of your mouth you blame absolutely everything wrong, including the quality of life, the condition of American workers, the static decades of American worker pay and everything else plus the kitchen sink on letting WAY too many immigrants into the country.

If immigration has occurred on the volume you allege and has the effect you allege, then you completely invalidate the bullshit you spew in every other post about how it was spoiled overpaid Americans wallowing in the riches of jobs they barely work at and earn way too much money doing who drove all the employers out of the country. And immigration should be desired by you on an even higher level because it would bring wages down-- if there was ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY ANY internal logic or consistency to ANY of your positions.

This is the same moron logic you used before saying actually we're in global cooling so humans need to pollute to keep the temperature up, but immigrants are bad because they increase pollution and invalidate any pollution cuts we make with regulation or green efforts.

Try to make the least bit of fucking sense.

You lie. If defy you to find anywhere that I have said: " it was spoiled overpaid Americans wallowing in the riches of jobs they barely work at and earn way too much money doing who drove all the employers out of the country. "
Nor did I say humans need to pollute and keep the temperature up. I did sayThere is increasing evidence that the world is entering a long period of global cooling and the alleged green house effect may be beneficial.http://www.nationmultimedia.com/opin...-30272650.html" Not at all the same thing.

Completely irrelevant to the contradiction in your logic. Dodge, come back in a day with some link to shitbrains.com and say it's all immigrants again.

Still it is far more logical than your position that emissions are bad but we should bring in millioms and millions of additional people to create emissions.

OooWhy

Lopk again. I refered to our economy after the war, when our manufacturing dominated the world.
Please tell me why democrats want American wotkers to compete against workers FROM China and India.
Since when were the fucking Walton clan Democrats? They FORCED American companies to MOVE their manufacturing overseas. Got that? FORCED

That is because evey problem we have is negatively impacted by the flood of immigrants, legal and illegal. How could you talk about poverty, omitting the 500 lb gorilla: the millions of additional poor in a never ending flood? How can you talk about unemployment, Wages, race, the environment, education, health care, without the new problems flooding in? Logically, you cannot.
How about sending CEOs and major stockholders of companies that hire said 'illegals' to prison? How about a few 25 Billion dollar fines? Nope, won't happen. The Repukes are sucking to much Koch.

Only by moving can the companies avoid the unnecessary burdens imposed by the democrats and sell at a competitive level.

^ Nonsense.

It has only become a race to the bottom.

Cutting wages so that all families have less and less to spend, which then drives the Walmart economy of getting slave labour to produce stuff as cheaply as possible to sell to people who have less and less disposable income to spend.

As usual with the western economy, it relies on ruthless exploitation of labour, raw materials and the environment just so that some piece of badly built garbage, designed to be disposed of in landfill can be sold for 20% less and produce higher profits for wealth aggregators who then get massive government welfare in order to help them not pay their workers a living wage.

Once again, the fact that you refuse to understand the most basic and essential fundamentals of economics in America is what leads me to believe you must be a paid shill for the Koch suckers....although given your mangling of 'deleterious', maybe Occam's razor does apply.

I would like to repeat what I said in the thread entitled "Imagine a democrat candidate who actually cares about American labor"'

Listing the burdens placed of employers is a big job. Here are the ones which come to mind. You will think each one is a great thing, but try to think of the cumulative burden, and remember most can be avoided by outsourcing.
First, businesses are pressured/forced to hire, not by ability but by race, ethnicity, disability etc, because the lack of such hiring can be considered evidence of illegal discrimination, with the decision being made by bureaucrats who don't give a damn about the survival of the business. After hiring some of the burdens are:
liability for promoting the best qualified rather than a privileged minority, later determined to be qualified by hostile bureaucrats
affirmative action required in some areas and businesses
Salary, with minimum wage and maximum hours
FICA tax
Medicare tax
Health care under Obama care, and for partners in some states
workers compensation insurance
unemployment insurance
maternity and family leave, paid in some states
labor unions, and mandatory recognition and negotiation with same
OSHA regulations and inspectors
compensated whistle blowers
forced to retain disloyal whistle blowers
liability for acts of employees and insurance for same
cost of disability accommodation
penalty for hiring illegal alien OR discrimination based on ethnic origin with no ID system to rely on
liability for firing later determined without sufficient cause in some states
suits for employee"s alleged sexual or racial harassment of another employee
legal and insurance expenses for the all above.
Massive mandatory record keeping for all of the above.

You will say that all these are good and desirable because you don't care at all about the business, seeing that its purpose is only to provide jobs. BUT remember, that many businesses do or formerly, when they existed, have to compete with foreign companies who do not have all these burdens. And if you try to put yourself in the position of the employer, you will see why outsourcing and automation are attractive and are often the only way for the company to survive. It would be impossible to estimate the huge number of businesses and jobs which have been destroyed by US legal burdens.

I would like to add, that it is illegal to hire illegal Aliens, but it is also illegal to ask them their immigration status.

You do not know what your talking about and are wrong. You never make sense at all.

Admit it, you've never owned or even managed a business, have you?

You talk about all these as foreign concepts (all mandatory and applicable to every employee it seems).

You sound more and more like someone on social security, in terms of your views and experience.

In Ben's world, brown mud people materialize from nothing the moment they enter the country. They don't exist before that.

Bear in mind those "unnecessary burdens" include paying people enough to actually live off the money they make from their job without depending on tax-funded assistance.

Since if "anything that makes labor more expensive here than outside of the country" is the bar over which we accuse Democrats of driving employers out with unreasonable costs, then ultimately it's all our fault for not finding innovative ways to live off $400/year.

Don't worry though guys--- I"ve been through this rigamarole with Ben a million times and he maintains that if we slash immigration, wages will go up. And this increase in wages apparently WON'T drive employers out. At least, within the spotlight of getting immigrants out. It does drive them out any other time.

What you cannot understand is that all those burdens make up the cost of labor and impact the employers ability to compete. I do not say we should elimiate all,on the list, but any that we eliminate will reduce the cost and facilitate the paying of higher wages, and make it less attract to outsource.

This is pretty much b.s. because every job that DOES compete with labor overseas has already left and moved overseas. The things still here can't be outsourced. You can't outsource the cashier at Wal*Mart. You can't outsource the waitress at the restaurant.

Your argument may have made some kind of surface-level sense (though it still would have been wrong) 30 years ago, the era you seem to be mentally locked in. It makes no sense today with Republicans getting up on stage talking about how all the shitty service jobs still left in the U.S. are overpaid and neither should they get a living wage nor should government programs assist people being paid too little to support themselves.

They don't exist and don't pollute before crossing the border. That's your argument.

Jobs are still being outsourced and others could be brought. More jobs are being eliminated as too expensive. Others are being automated out of existence and that trend will accelorate.
Republicans of course want everyone to get a living wage. But democrats want every detail of busness to be dictated by democrats bureaucrats. What is a living wage is a matter of opinion and the government will apply and the standard ruthlessly to sgueeze employers single mindedly. Dictatorship is not the great solution democrats think it will be.
