Codeerror's fitness thread (with pictures!)

Wow...you have done VERY well! Hmmm...I never looked so forward to winter but if these pics keep coming, I might just learn to love it!

It is sunny and nice here today...you could put even less on!

I sorta feel like moving somewhere where I can feel my hands between november and march:-) Ideas?

REally nice body. Keep up the good work!!

Yeah, keep it UP, keep it UP! Then I'll meet you for a fuckfest.

Great pictures Code..

Keep them ....and us cumming!

(!)(!)
Just want to say that everyone can pull this off. I haven't done any major changes to my life, nor do I consider myself a master of self-discipline. With winter approaching I think that everyone that has that little feeling, that lust to get in shape should just do it. Once you get started you'll never want to quit!
Just being in shape makes life easier. If what I've accomplished in these 10 months could inspire others to do the same I'd be the thrilled! (Btw check out kitesurfboi's and ariesstar's threads;))

I also want to thank all of you boys(mhm) here for your amazing support and advice.

Winter is here! Clothes off!;)

Hmmm...winters in DC are not that bad...last year we had one inch of snow all winter although we did have a couple weeks of cold weather. Of course, I could hold those hands and keep them warm! LOL!

Damn... I can't believe I just found this thread... two of my favorites, talking working out and fitness and a hot naked man... Code... you are very hot and I have to commend you on your sticking to it. Most start where you were and stop, but you have stuck with it and made huge improvements. That's the toughest thing about working out... hard come and easy go. From reading a bunch of the earlier post you are going about it very intelligently. Keep it up sexy!

I have really enjoyed your interesting and well presented threads on the topic. You look amazing.
In the beginning I was under the impression you wanted to tone up and add a little weight and you have done that. Obviously by your last thread posting the 10 month results you feel that you've not done that much different then others can do. Yet do you feel that with time you have become more obsessed with reaching even higher goals then as you started, sort of as if addiction takes place?

I would think this happens to many because a lot of guys I talk to who are husky as they age always comment on what happened to their bodies when they stopped working out and how they went too far perhaps.
It is once you start the goal moves to a higher level and you end up with a lot more mass then planned then one day you stop working out.
Some people really get into the hobby of muscle building and super bulk out only to end up with a totally different body at 40 then they would have had if they aged not getting so carried away.
As a example I recently saw Arnold Schwarzenegger on some E-TV show regarding the worst beach bodies. The caption was simply he looks like a melting candle in a bathing suit. He did. Of course we all age and change but I consider him a example of over the top when he was younger. There is a lot of respect towards his discipline and work but shouldn't a part of a work out program be to consider that it is a life long commitment once you hit a certain point. At some point things become a addiction and almost no one plans on starting anything to become hooked and move to the next level, but any smoker, drinker, food junkie, or druggie will tell you it sort of sneaks up with you.
Likely 30 years or more one will live and not be able to maintain the same workout for whatever reason. It may sound not important but some of the guys I talk to, who may have never been what they claim in the first place but they are larger or bears at this point. They say if they knew now what they didn't then they would have been more selective and not so obsessed as a younger man in building a lot of muscle mass that turns to fat.
Of course there are plenty of guys who continue to work out and keep in good shape as they age.
Anyway I respect you for your sincere thread and to prove positive things can occur if one tries to change and stays faithful to the goal.

I'm not planning on stopping just yet. I don't think I'll ever stop.
And if thats you in the avatar. WOW!

Thanks for your long comment, I really appreciate it!..|
I do agree to some extent that ************ of Arnold's size don't look to good at 60+. On the other side, i'm not planning on becoming that huge(nor do I think I could be, ever).
I also agree that b****uilding can be an addiction, It's called megarexia or reversed anorexia and mostly occurs in athletes that compete, and are surrounded by people who only care about getting bigger muscles.
I don't feel like this is even close to being a problem for me.;)

I'm not obsessed about eating right, but I do make healthier choices overall. Even so, if i'm the the store and I feel like buying a chocolate bar, I buy one. I'm also lucky to have a father, that although he's pushing 60, still does his exercise routine regularly. He has told me about all the wrongs he did when he was younger. He tried steroids and similar stuff (he was a semi-pro boxer in germany at the time), and don't want me to go down that road (highly unlikely to happen anyway).

I don't think I ever want to stop doing working out, but I agree that you can get too big. Check this thread in 5-10 years and see what you think!:D

Lol, i need to do more grammar exercises:-) or at least take more time to write this stuff, and I need that edit button back!!:p

Grammar mistakes or not you have a great heathy attitude. And a hell of a nice body ..|

Sorry Code, how about a hot almost naked man... ha! Which you are and yes, that is me in the profile pic. I'm a bit of a workout-a-holic, but I can admit to it, so I don't think I have a problem. I'm glad your not going to stop and hopefully not ever. And yes, what you say about bigorexia is very true and people go overboard and can't stop the need to get bigger. I can attest to having a small case of it, but not out of control, but I think that comes with anything you are passionate about.

And as for Arnold, well, he is the governator, so he is a bit busy I would say and probably doesn't get to the gym quite as much as he would like... ha.

Keep it up Code, I can't wait to see how you progress and fitness and health are as you said... a life long goal... it's all about moderation.

And what might that other site be???

I sorta feel like moving somewhere where I can feel my hands between november and march Ideas?

Yes... Los Angeles. It would take care of the single thing in no time also... maybe... but then again I've been here over a year.

As to being a tease... code has always been a tease... it's one of his best qualities :) Don't change that!

Yeah, winter is making me depressed. It gets dark around 4:30 these days, and it gets worse before it gets better.

Only worse for a month, then it goes the other way. It gets dark early here too.... not that early. But it's warmer so it makes up for it haha.

Okay, here it goes..
I've decided to give up on this fitness thing, it's taking way too much time and energy away from more important things.

So... That was todays little prevarication, hope I fooled you for a split-second.

Update:
Weight:210lbs:eek: (that's five pounds gained in under a month).

I'm lacking energy these days. Lots of work combined with moving and helping my brother move is a bit too much. I've been sleeping too little, and eating the way i used to before (hence the sudden gain). Lack of sleep and eating no-no food isn't doing any wonders for my skin either. To top this parade of positivity the sun never really come up this time of year. We have light between 10AM and 4:30PM, and it depresses the shit out of me.
YAY..

Still going to the gym though, but not seeing muh progress (need more sleep i guess).

New workout program:

Program A (tuesday & saturday): Legs & Arms

Squats: 4x10

And, you still look damn good to me so don't be too hard on yourself...|

Hah, I'll post a picture with a smile any day now;).
Got the weekend off, so guess what I'm gonna do?

Code -its that time again cause its winter!

Guess so. That and moving + helping my brother move isn't helping.
The other day one of the guys at the gym (that usually says whatever he means) said "WOW, you look tired man! Had a good workout?". And I hadn't even started my program..

Hmmmmmm.......just proves you're incapable of taking a BAD pic....... ;) .......STILL way cute....... (!)

Haha, thats so sweet;). Thanks .
