1 Year Anniversary!!!

-For this thread and my journey towards a fitter body.
I must say I'm a bit surprised that I've been doing this for so long. It has really become a lifestyle now.
As my goal before was getting fit for summer, I feel like I should try to set a new goal. So the new one is: My goal is to be able to bench press an aircraft carrier. (Without the planes of course, wanna be realistic.)

I'm really happy to see all these new fitness/diet threads popping up this year, some more serious than others. I enjoy reading them, and commenting where I feel like I have something to contribute with.
Once again I wish to thank you all, I don't think I could have done this without the good advice and positive attitude in here. There's also a few special persons that has done that little extra. (You know who you are=) ).

I'm not going to post a new picture here this time, and no nudes either now or later. This will still be the thread that didn't go nude.
