We just had the summer solstice - they only have a month of daylight in Norway, don't worry.

Okay, this is not "before the weekend"!oops!

I need to learn to say no to people, or this isn't gonna turn out good at all. Construction work 13 hours a day is more than I can take in the long run. Lost some weight I didn't really need to lose.
I'm starting a new program next monday (29th). I'm trying out the 5x5 program we discussed earlier. The 5x5 is a 'powerbuilder' program. That just mean that it's a mix between a bodybuilder program and a powerlifting program.

There's many "5x5" programs around, but I'm going for this one:

10 Weeks!

Day 1: Back and biceps
- Deadlifts 5 x 5
- Chins 2 x 10
- Bent-over row 3 x 10
- Barcurls 5 x 10

Day 2: Chest and triceps
- Benchpress 5 x 5
- Wide Dips 2 x 10
- Incline flyes 2 x 10
- narrow benchpress 5 x 10

Day 3: Rest

Day 4: Legs
- Squats 5 x 5
- Leg press 2 x 10
- Bulgarian split squats 2 x 10
- Straight Leg Deadlifts 5 x 10
- Leg curls 2 x 10

Day 5: Shoulders and Calves
- Military press 5 x 5
- Dumbbell lateral raises 3 x 10
- Standing calf raise 3 x 10-15
- Seated Calf Raise 3 x 10-15

Day 6 & 7: Rest

Abs= Back and leg days.

If you don't mind my asking, what kind of diet do you have? Like how much protein do you get in a day?

Curious because I intend to get in shape myself. Well... one of these days...

Think I posted a diet plan somewhere in here. Right now im just focusing on eating somewhat healthy. I did avoid soda for the longest time, but now that summer's here I must confess I've had a few. Other than that I try to eat as much protein as I can (20-30 g per meal). I eat tuna, chicken, turkey or some kind of meat in every meal exept breakfast. I use protein shakes for the busy periods, but I try to avoid them these days.

Vitamins/Minerals:
1 Mulitvitamin
Zinc
Magnesium

Thanks Kenny, seeing yourself in the mirror everyday makes it harder to see a difference.

I'm still doing my thing, and it's still working. Weight is up to 220, mostly due to the holiday. Still pretty defined though.
Also, working out on different times than I do usually, I meet alot of new people at the gym. It's all good.

I somehow lost my camera in Göteborg (sweden), so I'll have to get a new one to get pictures for you guys.
