I'm mostly running between the job and the hospital these days, but I've managed to squeeze in a few workouts. When life is rough it's almost like therapy.

Since noone at JUB wanted to buy me a new camera, I borrowed a cam from a friend to take some pictures. Not sure if I deleted them before i returned it.:eek:

Update post.
I'm a bit stressed, there's alot if things going on right now.
One of the consequences being losing some hard-earned pounds](*,)

Pretty glad I've got a dog right now, or else I'd be lying on the sofa 24/7.

Back on the routine. Think i lost a few pounds, my weight is now steady at 210lbs.
I wish I could just gain weight when I'm stressed, like some people do, instead of losing it.
Arm and leg day today. Squats with 265lbs felt a bit heavy (ugh, it shouldn't be).
I need a exercise partner to get my motivation up again!
