I lost my grandmother today. It was expected, but it still came as a shock.
I'll miss her perspective and her gentle humour. I'll miss the surprising depth and scope of her knowledge. I'll miss the warmth she extended to everyone she met. She made everyone she met better persons.

My deepest sympathy to you and your loved ones. I miss my grandparents very much. They were an important part of my life and fun to be around while growing up.

havent hit 2 the gym for few months, going to start again tmw with 5x5- should be good.

Nope, 5x5 didn't work very good for me. I'm back to a regular 3-4 x8-10 with some variations with heavier weights and lower reps.

I'm very sorry to hear of your grandmother. My thoughts are with your family.

I stumbled upon this thread today and I wanted to thank you for giving me the motivation to go and workout. I've been doing it on and off for about a year and have really fallen off the wagon recently. Taking pictures of the journey seems to be the way to go because you can really see your progress!

I'm glad this thread can still inspire someone. I feel like I've lost the thin red line somewhere. Taking pictures has really helped me alot, so has this thread and the supportive people on this forum.

Sure, I'll do it tommorrow. Had chest+shoulder workout today before work.
I did a calorie count today too. Ended up at about 3600 kcals. I'll post the diet too, if anyone wants to see it.
