TOTALLY agree with the female condom suggestion. I have used them often, and besides the benefits listed above, it lets me relax knowing that the fuck will be clean (no chance of a "mess").

Condoms aren't optional, they are a must. As well as lube and communication. You want to protect yourself from diseases and bodily fluids/wastes.

My 19-year-old friend of mine lost 15% of his body weight since his June 2009 HIV diagnosis (boyfriend had an unprotected one night stand, didn't tell him and infected him) and my 23-year-old friend has HIV-related cancer (he never had unprotected sex, so I'm assuming drug use or oral sex).

I know some friends/former classmates who suffer(ed) from herpes, crabs, and chlamydia. Many others who have gotten pregnant and are struggling to survive, having a tough time balancing parenthood with their youth.

I'm so glad I'm abstinent. Sex is what you make it. I can do without it.

Hey, just in case someone out there in JUBBER land hasn't heard, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are rampant; NOT just the God almighty f'ning virus!

.......and some of those STDs are soooo bad that just a dose of penicillin will not make it/them go away either.

I know those of us who are on here like forever sometimes get tired of hearing or seeing the same old threads; but stuff like this is life or death to our kind............as we know it and repeating it does not hurt since we have new people logging onto JUB all the time and may not know the facts as well as some others.

Those of you who bare-back (and I know there are many, many people who do and swear that the condom is a hindrance to making love), please, please re-consider your thoughts and cover up else we may one day be reading your Obit in the newspaper and that would be tragic.
