It's one of my favourite films - comedy, adventure, female leads, the 80s (I missed the 80s and in my mind it must've been a fabulous time).

But allegedly Bette & Shelley did not get along during the filming even leading Bette to say it was unlikely for them to work together again.

That reminds me of Mike Kermode saying - the good comedies are usually not a fun experience for the actors as they're a lot of hard work.

Anyway, I love Bette - I think she's the funniest actress onscreen. She's one of those people whose every word and expressions are effortlessly funny.
