I think the secret is not to think about it too much, as I don't think they do. I 'think' it's entirely possible for these guys to have a good time with guys (especially if there's a paycheck involved) and to be primarily straight when the camera isn't rolling. Many here agree with me; even more disagree. Of the latter, I think they underestimate just how plastic, how situational, human sexuality can be, especially among those who aren't overly endowed with prefrontal cortex (as is evidently the case with these two lads.) A lot of us impute to these guys our own degree of self awareness and circumspection. Based on what I've read in these profiles, I just don't think it's there.

Now with regard to Logan. Just read his profile and his performances on CF become more than plausible: he's probably high as a kite on weed at the time and thus disinhibited.

And 'Dawson' really does sound like a superficial, dumb musclehead, the first sentence of his profile notwithstanding. He's a 'mimbo' (male bimbo). He reminds me of that song 'I'm a Blonde!': he's even got the car to back it up!

Taken together, I think these boys would be perfect for a remake of 'Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure'.

It would be nice to find a place on this forum where we could discuss CF vids/models without it always deteriorating into nastiness. I subscribe to both sites and I enjoy them both. I take what the models say about themselves at face value and whether it's the truth or not, really doesn't matter to me. I know Toby Macguire isn't really Spiderman, but that doesn't keep me from enjoying the movie.

If you subscribe to CF and you're that unhappy about the way the models portray themselves, then cancel your subscription. If you don't subscribe, then why get so wound up over this? You're not out any money, right?

There are plenty of other sites that feature "straight" models, yet CF seems to raise all of this controversy. Is it because his site is the most popular? By the number of posts he gets on most boards, I'd say yes. Or because it has the cutest boys? I think so, that's why I subscribe.

But after their sixth or seventh bottoming video, that's more a result of self-delusion than anything else. The women they're dating certainly aren't going to think they're 100% straight. But that's not entirely true. To my memory, we've recently had Shaun, Spencer, Matt, Jesse, and Kip, who have all admitted to being gay on camera. In the past, there was Patrick, Carter, and Mitch. I'm only remembering these because I happened to like their videos, but I'm sure there were others as well. We also have some of the new guys admitting that they're curious -- Gage, for one. And then we have the veterans who either enjoy what they're doing or are pretty good at faking it - I'd include Brent, Derek, Cade and Trevor in this bunch.

I've watched the vids with the girls and in my opinion, Lucas, Logan and Dawson are enjoying themselves a whole lot more with the girls. There's plenty of evidence to support that right on the screen. That's not to say that they don't enjoy the other side of the equation as well, but it does make me of the opinion that trying to attach a black and white label to these guys is silly. All I can really say for certain is that they love the money. Take that away and you'll know soon enough which way they swing.

And Phunk has a point. If you come from a working class background, your folks don't have the cash to send you to college, you're not Phi Beta Kappa, and you aren't terribly self-aware or self-motivated, when some porn producer waves some cash at you, you start thinking about the slick car you could buy or the expensive sound system you want. And porn is a whole lot safer than selling drugs and a whole lot easier than working that second shift factory job.

But back to the Match.com ads. If these were geniune, then now is the time that these boys are going to realize what they've gotten themselves into. How their choice to do porn is going to follow them around for a long time after they quit. And that's kinda sad. If these weren't genuine, then they probably are sitting back at home, with their boyfriends, and chuckling about the stir they've created. And that's kinda funny.

Either way, I still love the boys on CF and I'm going to continue to watch.

PErsonally I think Logan enjoys sex with anythign that has two legs, but that's me. As for Derek and a couple of his other models... I've seen them on other sights they are either gay or bi but definaltely not straight.
