Desperate Housewives starts Sept 30th!

From what I remember, Mike DOES know it was Orson who ran him over. In more than one episode, they've shown this. The one where Mike pushes Orson off the building, the one about the husbands playing poker where Rex narrated, and the last episode.

No. Mike remembered that he met Orson at Moniques house the night she was murdered.
He confronted Orson because he was angry that he was letting him take the blame for the murder.
He didn't remember who ran him down.

Orson never admitted to running down Mike. He never even told Bree. And Mike and Orson never struck any kind of deal.

Ok so the tornado episode FINALLY aired. Possible spoilers below.

Things I Liked:
- Actually SEEING the funnel cloud
- Katherine spitting in that womans face.
- Ida: "is that the tornado?" Karen: "No, its the Scavos." lol
- Edie was great tonight. I loved her scenes with Gabby. Although that crawlspace was pretty well lit.
- When Susan threatened to leave Mike
- When Orson ran in and said they needed to get into the bathroom. Bree says they have to wait because there's a woman in there. And he tells the woman to hurry up. I think that was the funniest line of the night.
-
When Adams stalker/lover got sucked out Bree's front door. Amazing.
- The metal sculpture fountain gets destroyed. yAY! lol
-
When Victor gets impaled by the fence post. Double YAY!
- Seeing the destruction the tornado left in its wake
-
The possibility that Lynette's entire family could be gone

Now for the things I wasn't so crazy about:
- Mike and Susan. I just wish they were in more danger in tonights episode, instead of being at the hospital. Hopefully Mike stays in rehab a long time.
- Where were Bob and Lee? We got to see their sculpture get taken out, but we didn't get to see them.
- Andrew wasn't there. But he moved out so I guess it makes sense.
- Dylan and Julie were also absent. Damn convenient class trips!
- Bree asking that woman into her home seemed very out of character. She's not THAT nosey, is she? Adam knows her secret, so you'd think she'd be more respectful of peoples privacy.
- And the only way Victor would ever personally come after Carlos is if he lost EVERYTHING. Not just a friggin trophy wife. He still has his job as 'Mayor' and all his wealth. That seemed dumb to me.

Now for the thing I hate:
- The fact that we have to wait until who knows when to see the damn conclusion! :( :(

SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!

Sorry, but Victor being impaled was just stupid. If they were going to kill him, why not just let him drown. His being alive did nothing for the plot of this episode. The stuff that happened to Carlos and Gabby and Edie could have happened anyway.

Lynette's family is fine I'm sure. I couldn't figure out if it was her house or Mrs. McClusky's that was destroyed. At first I thought Tom was going to bite it because he was mentioned in the "Previously on DH..." but they said only one of the women's husbands would die so I guess that was Victor.

And Bree, well she was only nosy because she was looking for anything that she might be able to use against her supposed enemy, Katherine. So that makes sense.

It was Mrs. McClusky's house that was destroyed.

Also have to remember, Adam knows Bree's secret so there's another reason for her wanting to have one up on them.

Felicity Huffman always gets the good scenes...

I missed the last episode... where did Andrew go? (I admit I didn't read the massive amount of debate going on here and it may be in there somewhere)

Oooohhhh! I was trying to figure out which husband bit the dust, and Victor never occurred to me. I thought I missed something or that the promos were lying to me. Thank you!

Can anyone help with this one...did I hear our lovely narrator say at the beginning that by the end, one would lose a husband, and they all would lose a friend?

The old lady probably dies as the "friend" and the "husband" was probably Victor. They like to mislead viewers. When the supermarket was shot up I remember them saying a "housewife" was going to die.

And in relation to my last question... where was Susan's daughter? or Kathyrn's? did I miss an episode where they ritually sacraficed all the teenage children?

Katherine phoned her. She's on a class trip and julies there too.
But I'm a little bit dissappointed. I wish we had seen Andrew or Lee and Bob. Or other people from Wisteria Lane.

What? Is that it? Will there be a show next week, or is everything on hold because of the strike?

According to an online TV Guide article, there is one more epi of DH that is ready to air. Dunno when though. I think there's a movie next Sunday instead.

ETA: And since there's a spoiler circulating about who the lost "friend" is, then that has to be ready to air.

There is one more episode that has been produced, but will not air until the show resumes from hiatus due to the writer's strike.

About the hospital not being hit: A tornado is not a hurricane. Hurricanes have a wide path of destruction, but tornados don't. I never expected the hospital to get hit.

I knew from the start that Victor was the husband who was going to die. Carlos was knocked unconcious and in a real tornado, he'd probably die just lieing there but he's ok.

Yeah, if Sylvia got sucked out of Bree's front door, whats to stop the knocked out Carlos and Victor's dead body from getting sucked up too? They were right next door after all.

It would really create something if Lynette lost her husband and all her kids but that would probably be considered too depressing.

Even though I would like to see where a widowed and childless Lynette story-line would go, I think it would be extremely depressing. There's no way she'd ever get over it.

Even though I hated that Silvia lady, for some reason you always feel bad for those crazy obsessive people like Alma.

I'm with you about Alma. I thought I was the only one who felt a little sorry for her. Especially when she fell to her death while trying to escape the attic and save Bree.

Good episode. They're all going to be poor. Bree/Orson/Baby are going to stay with Andrew while their house is fixed. Some might live in cars. Those are my predictions.

There's supposedly a story-line coming up where Bree tries to fix Andrew up with a gay contractor so she can get some repairs done to her house. But conflict between Bree and Susan arises when Susan already has someone who she thinks would be perfect for Andrew.

I don't think they'd leave Julie and Dylan by themselves during a tornado.

They were on a 'really expensive class trip.'

It bothered me that Bree didn't think to phone Andrew.

Well, she was kind of busy...

Besides, I get the impression that Andrew no longer lives in the town but rather in a nearby city or suburb or something.

Also, every plot point on this show is convenient anyway. Remember how I didn't understand when Bree and Andrew "made up"? Well, it didn't officially happen until last week. That's the major problem I have with the show is the loose ends.
