Wow, wish I had seen this thread from the beginning of the series. I think I would have had fun joining in. As it is, I just took about 30 minutes to read all the posts and it was kind of fun reliving the episodes through all the comments from you all. So, my first post on this thread. I really enjoy this show. It's quirky and confusing, but almost always entertaining. I have to say that going back six months is unnecessary to me. Why not just pick up the story in the middle? That is far more interesting to me than reversing and going back to explain "how we got here." I love the ideas/theories going on here especially since I have read them after knowing what the answers were. Though I have to give props to many who did actually see signs that I had not caught in "real time." The most interesting is that the wrong cheerleader was saved. I mean how do you top "Save the cheerleader, save the World?" Perhaps the thought that the wrong cheerleader was saved is correct. Very interesting thought, I think. Last think for now...I think the politico brother is on the evil side. It will come down to the ultimate tragic battle of brother against brother. Anyone else even have a mere notion of that or am I total off base?

Yes I'm a little sad about Eden even though I didn't like that much, I would have liked Radioactive Man die instead. I am much more worried about Zach, I really hope he isn't written out, I love him. Can't wait till the show comes back.

Love the show watched from day one. I like how someone wrote on here he saved the wrong cheerleader. now that would be a great plot twist! I don't like how peter explodes. it has to be a metaphor( i hope!) I have grown to like peter but what killed it for me is the rocky commercial where he plays rocky's son! my bf and I looked at each other and wondered how embarrassed he must be! But Claire is my fav. I wonder when they wiped Zach's mind if he forgot he likes it in the ass? And Sylar is a big nelly bitch! I love hairy men but he's like cousin it! Did his beard go straight into his eyebrows?! Still I wonder what's next?

it's hard to focus on Sylar as being this evil guy who's killing all these people...since he played the gay best friend on So NoTORIous...haha...but yeah i was on the edge of my seat with this episode! Can't wait till Jan. 22nd! And i def agree that Nathan is going to be evil....but maybe not....cause in Peter's vision he walked right up to him...did he sacrifice himself? cause if you see you're brother starting to blow up you don't walk up next to him.

Damn, I just wrote a brilliant messge and my damn computer crashed. So I'll just say that I can't wait for Jan 22. Tonight was a very confusing, per usual, episode, but my biggest point is that I believe that both the good and the evil must be working tosave the world, cause what good is it to be evil if you have noone to be evil to. So I think it is all up in the air at this point.

I wasn't very impressed with this episode compared to the past shows. I thought that maybe they would reveal a little bit more.

I don't understand how Sylar was able to use his powers in that room after I thought that he wasn't able too.

Because the Haitian (sp?) guy wasn't in the building. His "power" seems to negate the powers of those around him, and since he was off supposedly wiping Claire's memories, he wasn't there to keep Syler in check. At least, that's what I think...

I'm with you. I'm sure that's what happened.Also the previews for last night said a hero would fall. not a hero would die. she could still be alive since no one saw her shot. I don't think they are done with her yet. even if she shows up 3 seasons from now.

The Haitian must be like the little boy from X-Men 3. When other Heroes are around him, their powers are lost.

Is Claire's father a good guy or a bad guy? He's protecting her adopted daughter so he must be a good guy. But why on earth would he want his staff to wipe out Zach and his wife and his son's memory?

Oh, I find Jackie's acting very confusing. I can't tell whether it's the evil side of her or the good side of her when she was at the bush with her son and her injured husband. In most films i seen, most actors who play that type of role would shiver their face so that people could tell it's the other soul that is taking over.

I thought he would be a Magneto type character, but it looks like he has a superior...

He also was going to wipe Claire's mind.

OMG I just saw the episode online cuz I missed it last night....

HOLY CRAP. I love this show with a passion. Did Niki REALLY turn herself in?? And I agree that since the Haitian wasn't there, that's why Eden got shot in the head...so sad, since I think Claire's dad definitely needed her for whatever he wants!

I am obsessed with this show....and we have to wait 7 WEEKS for the next episode...FTS

I agree with the entire Haitian theory, as well...

It wouldn't take much for Mr. Bennett to tell Sylar he couldn't use his powers, and when they didn't work the first time...For Sylar to believe him.

That, or Sylar was biding his time in the cell to get his hands on the Haitain or Eden, hoping to steal their power in a time when Bennett wasn't around...Makes no sense to kill Bennett as he doesn't have a power for Sylar to steal, and he knows Bennett works with those who have powers, so just waited for a powerful one to slip in to his cell.

As for whether Mr. Bennett is a good guy or a bad guy, I'm going to cast my dice in favour of bad guy.

The one line that sticks out, is that he's used the Haitian to erase his wife's memory more than once.

So either he did something personally to her, or she found out about his work, or something....That might also explain why Claire's mom is a bit of a weirdo...What with the dogs and what not.

If Bennett really loved his daughter, and is a family man, why would he erased their memory to protect Claire? It makes no sense if that is his goal.

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say that Mr. Linderman has a bigger role in all this.

Why would he buy the painting of Peter from Issac? Unless of course he knew something about it, about the puzzle piece that it was...And perhaps that is who Mr. Bennett works for...
