Ok...here it goes. First, fix your body...from the inside out. Cut out the sugar and shit food. I would suggest a combo of paleo and Keto. Second, start exercising again. Start small. Walk, push ups, sit ups, free squats and chin ups. If you can't do them, do easier versions of them. I would do what is called, "Greasing the groove" made famous by the russians. You do an exercise that you think you can accomplish 10 reps at and do half. Then take a big break...like 10 to 15 min. Then do it again. Repeat about 5 times. Then, do what is called, "Ladders". Lets take push up for example. Do 1 push up, take a short break...about 10 seconds. Then do 2 push ups...and maybe 10 seconds, maybe 20 seconds. Then 3, then 4 and so on up to 10. Then go back down...9, 8, 7, 6, 5 and so on till you do the last single push up. That is 100 push ups when you are done. And if it takes all day...then it takes all day. I would say, do push ups and squats one day...then chin ups and sit ups then next day. It gets easier as time goes by. Ok...weight, blood pressure and muscle strength will all play a role in erection strength and orgasm strength.
