How good are you at do-it-yourself projects around the home?
I do what I can....gardening, I have changed light fixtures inside and outside of the home, painted walls, changed a bathroom mirror which I wish I would of hired to someone to do because it was a huge dangerous mess trying to remove the original mirror, etc., but I have found that I need to stay away from plumbing stuff. My home has really high water pressure and you really need to know what you are doing when doing anything with it. I have messed up a couple times with the plumbing.
One time, I purchased some decorative hose smith & hawken faucets for the garden and I tried to unscrew the original one and I did not realize that it was welded on and not screwed on. I ended up bending the copper pipe. I had the plumber put it on and then I found that the damn fixture could not handle the pressure of the water so I had to change it again.
And then there is the piping I put in to put at the back of the property so that I could put sprinklers behind the property in case there is ever a fire back there and it has since leaked in 3 places because of the water pressure is so high. The gardener that I had come to repair it told me that I should of used copper because of the pressure.
Well I tried and have learned what I should do and what I should pay someone else to do.
Esh...I really need to stay away from the plumbing.

There is a lip under the lip to open the window, I did not know this at the time. LOL. So I need to try and cut it free and I have no idea on how to do it.
