Listen to some you uptight prissy dwissy queens, talking about how you think it's scary to meet a stranger on Craigslist. Since when did the gay community get so highclass, that having sex with a stranger became taboo? Granted, if you have the means by which to do better then do so, but the gay community isn't very far removed from the days when the local gay newspaper, in many cities, was an 8 1/2" X 17" printout folded in half, and the front page was an article about nothing and the remainder was photos of who was at the bar on Friday/Saturday night, and the classifieds and the only venues for gay men to meet were, bars, bookstores, bathhouses, public restrooms, parks, truckstops, Santa Monica Blvd., etc. Out at school and/or on the job often equalled NO FRIENDS or NO JOB, respectfully! Check out the clip in the link below, of the fairly accurate documentary "Gay Sex in The 70's" for a little insight into the roots of the early gay movement, in the USA...before being gay became accepted, fashoinable and luxurious!
