Zoltan, i think we will just have to agree to disagree, when it comes to calling friends on here by their name, i personally feel it makes the post that little bit more personal.
I think the personal touches are probably about as harmless as any PDA in a public place meant for open discussion. Mostly harmless, but not totally, sometimes cringey, often enough exclusionary.
I know they create a pleasurable sense of friendship amongst the users, but I don't see a benefit to the broader community.
For the most part, we're not writing personal notes to one another, but offering up our thoughts for everybody to respond to.
