Aww.. That must be awful. I thought about becoming a chef, but I decided not to, based on that reason. I find that cooking as a hobby is enough for me, and after all, you have to eat every day, so it's not like I'm not able to cook enough.

I am really envious that most of you here knows how to cook. Guys who knows how to cook is a plus in my book.

I enjoy cooking but I enjoy BBQ'ing much more. I can grill and bbq quite well. Any grill, anytime, I'll go for it.
Example: 3 or 4 weeks ago my sister had me, my boyfriend and my parents over for dinner at their new house in Sandpoint, Idaho. That's steaks for her, her husband, two kids, me and bf, and my folks. She tells me their BBQ is small cause they haven't had their permanent BBQ bricked in and installed yet. I step out the side door and see a CAMPING BBQ fueled by one of those Coleman propane canisters the size of a large soda!! O shit I thought!!! But everything turned out great. Rare steaks were rare, mediums were mediums and well dones were like jerky. I was so proud of myself.
I've mastered my folks natural gas fueled BBQ as well.
One of my creations is BBQ'ed meatloaf. Obviously, its meatloaf cooked on the grill and its the best you'll ever have. PM me for details. It's to freaking die for.
