The poll result is kind of depressing.

I'm still in my early 20's so I'm still hoping I'll find that special person but I don't see it happening anytime soon....

But I really don't believe there's only ONE TRUE LOVE for each person.

I agree that results are pretty depressing.
 
John was smarter than me – perhaps smarter than anyone I will ever know. He thought me so much.

I voted average...I've had one "OK" long term relationship, and it wasn't that hard to find, so I just have this gut feeling that things will get much better before I hit that age when it seems all hope is lost. I guess really it's about having realistic standards, it's so easy to get picky and reject people for superficial but otherwise unimportant traits. I know that's probably really hypocritical of me to say, when I'm always looking at the surface - maybe something to reflect on.
 
I'd say my chances are about the same as my winning the lottery jackpot...
 
I don't exactly believe that there is a so-called "one true love" but finding a love period is a challenge, at least for me anyhow. And with that said, judging from my current situation which I won't get into, the odds are stacked highly against me. I'm still hopeful though.
 
I can't imagine that with all of the people in this world that I wouldn't find the one that I'm looking for, or that there isn't a guy out there who wouldn't be looking for someone like me. And once we find each other it'll be non-stop :sex:
 
I have.... Twice. The first one died of cancer. The second one.... We've been together for 6 years now. As we go into year 7 we are more in love than ever.
