Happy Saturday evening, @Araucaria!

I had a good Christmas Eve(which was the day my family and I celebrated this year.) Christmas Day I spent 12 hours working at IHOP.

I have 42 hours for this week as of now and still have to work tomorrow. I am also going to be working Monday and Tuesday then off Wednesday at least though I'm hoping I'm off on Thursday too.

I had a good New Year's Day, just watching Christmas movies because my mom and I have a list of them we're still going through. We should be done by next week.

At work I'm working 5 days Friday-Tuesday and getting at least 30 hours.

My family is doing well.

Yes we enjoyed them thoroughly. I think my favorite one this year was A Keller Christmas Vacation.

Unfortunately this week I'm only working 4 days because it's supposed to be a slow week. But hopefully 5 days next week, we'll see.

It looks like you’re going to have some bad winter weather where you are. Stay safe and warm, and make sure you’re well-stocked with food and supplies. I was hoping you would be getting more hours at work, but I don’t know if that’s going to happen now.

Yes the weather is predicted to be bad, but we are hoping it misses us. We are stocked on food and supplies, we have lanterns in case the power goes out. Our oven is gas so we can still heat things/cook if the power goes out.

I am getting 5 days at IHOP now. The 16th was my GM's last day so we have a new one now that worked with me at Popeyes too so that's good. As of right now work is planning on being open tomorrow, but we'll see how the weather is.

Yes it is supposed to be another winter storm, but hopefully not as bad. I had Sunday off last week because of it.
