I'm glad to hear that you're getting more hours at IHOP. BTW, are they serving turkey dinner? It would be a great alternative to those restaurants which serve $50-75 a plate dinners. That's a huge amount of money, especially if you have a family of 5 or 6 coming in.

I hope you can celebrate the holiday with your family.

I am doing well, but my hours at IHOP are back down to 3 days. I suspect I might get 5 days for the week of Christmas and maybe through New Year's because kids will be out of school so we'll be busier.

is it just me or can no one get to their notifications?

I don't seem to have a problem, but I'm using a laptop. There have been a lot of phone users that have complained that the snow effect and Just Us Boys holiday banner have obscured their notifications and PM box, and they can't access them. It seems the powers that be are aware of the problem and hopefully it will soon be fixed.

Work Update: Next week I'll get 5 days...the only reason this week I'm not is because my Dad's birthday is Sunday!

It's great that you're getting more work, but it's also important to remember your family, like you took the day off for your Dad's birthday, which I guess is today.

Hope you can make more spending money. But I suspect much of it will go to bills you already owe, plus necessities you need right now, and purchases you've put off. At least that was the way it usually was for me.

Yes the money will mostly be for bills, but also be able to save some to.
