EEEEK!
My friend of 25 years standing brought me his Beswick Horse ornament worth about £175 so I could place it on EBay for him.
I was busy taking photographs of it on the ironing board and the next news it was in pieces. A white wooden frame that I was using to reflect the light had fallen onto it.
What can I do? What can I say? I'm in a bit of a panic at the moment. What would you do?
I've phoned him but he's out.
