Elizabeth Hasselbeck Supports Gay Marriage

Didn't she at one point say if gay people are allowed to get married then you have to allow people to marry toasters as well?

Meh, just because a bitch finally realizes she was wrong doesn't mean we should all the sudden praise her.

And in related news: Politicians are preparing for the up-coming elections.

Guess what that means?

i'll give you a hint: Republicans want to get back into office badly, and know they won't stand a chance against the Democrats unless they lie their asses off.

Barack Obama lied his ass off, too by stating he was for gay marriage and legalization or marijuana/the end of the War On Drugs. It helped to get him elected into office, and then he magically changed his opinion and avoided discussing those issues anymore.

Wop wah.

And in a related story, I can ice skate to work in the morning because hell has frozen over....

I don't believe a word of this....

Oh and did you guys watch her snap on The View when Kathy Griffin went there? LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kathy easily beat her down with very few simple comebacks.

Anyhow, I'm glad she's finally having some sense knocked into her.

She always struck me in those arguments about gay marriage as just saying what she did because she thought that's what a good conservative was supposed to say, not because she really a real sincere conviction against it.

Good to see she's changed her mind.

Yeah fucking right! She said that through her gritted teeth. She hasn't changed her mind at all.

I watch the View and I never heard her say anything negative about gays or gay marriage. In fact it's Sherri Shepard who has made some ignorant and homophobic statements all while claiming to have gay friends. She even talked about how she would punish her son if he played with dolls. She also said a marriage is between a man and woman. I noticed Sherry has been quiet about it lately. I don't think she wants to alienate her gay fans. Shows me what a faker she is. She really is fucked up. I hate sherry. She is the sheep in wolf's clothing. Joy made a few stupid statements also. She said she also has gay friends and we don't believe in monogamy or some shit like that. She thinks she's number one fag hag of the world. I am not a fan. And when she tells a "joke" she smiles like she's so impressed with herself. Elizabeth for all her faults isn't against it. I think a big part of that is she mentioned a few times being over her fiends house. Seems her best friend is a gay man and she must care for him deeply. She doesn't talk about her personal life all that much but I caught a few comments here and there about this man she is friends with. She said she goes to his house to relax and get away. Elizabeth can get crazy about things but in this case she is spot on with us.

^^ Just the other day on the View her husband was a co-host and the topic was something about husbands and wives having friends of the opposite sex. She made the statement that her best friend was a man, a gay man.

Yawn. Don't care what she has to say but didn't she say something about how lesbians became lesbians because they couldn't find men???

She was making really kooky statements on gay marriage some time ago. I guess she came around.

She finally figured out that she was The View biggot and came to her senses. Or maybe a family member came out to her...? She was worried too many of her views were rubbing off on Sherri...?

In any case this is good news, but it makes you wonder when someone rails against gay marriage...

Anyone else find it strange The View has oddly let homophobic statement slip by (Sherri I'm lookin' at you) given that most of the male staff members are gay and much of the staff lives in NYC where nobody cares if you're gay.

Well I'm not sure "spot on" is exact phrase that I'd use. ^_~

After watching the clip I've included a few weeks ago, I think I'd rather her be against Gay Marriage if she thinks--for the most part--Gays and Lesbians are engaged in homosexual relationships because we couldn't find suitable heterosexual partners. Haha. Seriously.

Epic fail, Ms. Hasselback.

Why does anyone care what this woman thinks anyway? She's batshit crazy and about as rude as a person can be.

Because prominent conservatives supporting gay marriage have the potential to be able to influence others.
