I don't think it will either, but it could still be possible - Adam is trying to out Aaron because he is gay himself. I know it hasn't come across like that - but until the episodes that were aired tonight, it's always looked like a possibility and next time it's on they'll probably make it look like something could happen again - so I'm done speculating.

What I want to happen is for Adam to try and seduce Aaron to prove to Holly that he's gay. At least we get a kiss that way - that would be so HOT!

Seriously as long as we don't get another JP storyline were he cries all the feckin time!

I like how Aaron has evolved as a character and the funny thing is I don't think his family wud care if he's Gay or not. Although I haven't seen the episodes were they heard the rumour so I cud b wrong in reagards to their reaction.

Any Aaron and Robert Emmerdale Fans here?

There is a British soap called Emmerdale which unfortunately is not shown on Canada so I have to watch online. The British soaps are a bit more realistic than the North American soaps. Danny Miller and Ryan Hawley the guys who play Aaron and Robert are handsome and good actors. I think Ryan Hawley is the better actor out of the two. Emmerdale has an extremely popular gay couple Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden. Aaron is gay but Robert is struggling with his sexuality. This week Aaron and Robert are in danger they might be filled off in a car accident. The interesting thing this week is Robert FINALLY admitted to Aaron he is not gay but BISEXUAL. Aaron always assumed Robert was lying about his sexuality and he thought he was gay too. But Robert is still sexually attracted to beautiful women. A new woman Rebecca White looks like she will be a source of conflict for Robert and Aaron. Link:

The barrier to watching Emmerdale is the current version of the title music, which is a travesty of Tony Hatch's original.

Here's a compilation of the various arrangements since the programme started.

^ Fucking hell that version of Hatch's theme is a total abortion. They successfully managed to utterly destroy both the tune and the rhythm.

It reminds me of how the original 7/4 version* of the theme from The Bill was completely butchered until every ounce of soul had been completely excised.

This original version is the best.

Come to think of it it seems that almost every time they re-do a theme-tune they seem to dumb it down and fuck it up.

* I know the drum sound is horrible; but it was the 80s most music had that god-awful gated-reverb effect on toms and snare.

Fans of Robert and Aaron's relationship on Emmerdale have certainly been put through the emotional wringer this week - but it looks as though the pair of them are going to survive the multi-car pile-up that ended up claiming the life of James Barton.

Yes, Aaron may have given his loved ones further cause for concern during the closing minutes of tonight's episode when he appeared to once again slip into unconsciousness. But we now know for sure that he lives, what with him being among the mourners at James Barton's funeral.

And we can now reveal that the soap is soon set to film Robert and Aaron's wedding - news that is sure to gladden the hearts of those who thrilled to the sight of the two of them getting engaged in scenes just broadcast on ITV.

Speaking about the upcoming nuptials, producer Iain MacLeod said: "I've read the script already and it's really heartbreaking.

"It is big emotionally, in keeping with their characters - I don’t think anybody is expecting dancing girls and show tunes, so it is quite raw and honest. And it has got a healthy dose of sort of Dingle craziness at the heart of it that threatens to derail things. It is huge emotional territory and I hope people will like it when it airs next year."

And actor Danny Miller added: "Iain's right in that it would be against the characters if it was too big. So it won't be a big pink stereotypical wedding.

This is AWESOME so happy Aaron and Robert will finally have their BIG GAY WEDDING! This is going to be HUGE ratings for ITV. Aaron and Robert are interesting they are two men in a gay relationship but they are very masculine. I think Robert is more alpha male than Aaron and the dominant of the two he is probably the top and Aaron is the bottom.

The characters names are indeed Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden. But the actor who plays Aaron Dingle his real name is Danny Miller. The guy who plays Robert Sugden his real name is Ryan Hawley they are both British and from Northern England. Danny is from Manchester area and Ryan Hawley is from Sheffield. And Emmerdale is a Northern soap based in the Yorkshire dales region of England.
