Hello.
Does anyone know about these drinks called Ensure?
My sister had her wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago and my Sir recommended that something like Ensure would be good for her. He also said that I should even try it since I have some really bad bone problems and they would be good for me. I tried two. One vanilla and one chocolate. They were immunity ones I think. They tasted pretty good. I got a 6 pack of these at kroger last night. Can't believe how much they cost to order them online.
After looking at the site I think the one that would be best for me is the calcium one. I just have so many pains with bones, back, and neck that I probably need as much calcium as I can get. And I know I need to go to the doctor sometime.
But I was just wondering if these drinks really do what they say. They surprisingly do taste good. I went to the site and you can even chat with a nutrionist. It just sounds interesting. But I'm not sure if they are too good to be true. I also know that healthy eating (Which I've started doing lately) and exercise most likely helps too. And probably going to bed at a regular time.
But these drinks really are interesting. I am not sure if they are good for you or not or if doctors even prescribe them. But I do like the taste. It's just the cost that's the problem.
Anyways. If anyone has any experience with these drinks (good or bad) feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
