The biggest problem is that if a guy gets falsely accused of rape and is found innocent, his life is still ruined forever as if he actually did it. This whole attitude is the reason why so many women make false rape accusations; if they're found out to be a liar, they get let off the hook, but the life of the guy accused is destroyed no matter what. To them, it's an easy way of getting back at a guy that she doesn't like.
This mocks and belittles actual rape victims. More and more people are taking notice of false rape accusations, so when a real victim comes along, some people aren't as inclined to believe them... blame the false rape accusers, not those who notice the high number of false accusations.

I wouldn't say the biggest problem is a false accusation of rape. The biggest problem would be rape. 'Their life is now ruined' my ass. Of the two, one is significantly more difficult. People are investigated routinely as part of their job qualifications or history with a subject - having someone rifle through your past isn't that type of traumatic. Nor is taking a blow to your ego in that manner the end of the world - you make it sound like no-one gets accused of heinous shit they haven't done before.

I am not familiar with the court systems in other countries, in the USA the accused is never found innocent. He is either found guilty or not guilty if a verdict is achieved. He is presumed innocent and the burden lies with the prosecution to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Two people who'd had prior sexual relations. A witness, the victims father walked in on them, he stated that he assumed that they were back together, as this had happened before.
The judge explained reasonable doubt to us in this way, "something that gives you a reason to doubt". So, she claimed she didn't give consent, he claimed that she did.

We found him guilty, she had bruises on her arms because he had held her down, we saw the pictures. Violence and force were used,
without the pictures I could not have voted for his conviction.

No you are deplorable and obviously did not read the articles about the Ghomeshi case. The judge said the three women were dishonest and manipulative. He also mentioned one lady Lucy Decouture and another witness exchanged 5000 Facebook messages which is clear collusion. The judge also criticized the women for lying under oath they lied about email exchanges with Ghomeshi and they also lied to the police. The women should be charged with perjury and wasting Ontario taxpayers money on this case. Plenty of women lie especially when it involves a high profile man. Jian Ghomeshi is a celebrity in Canada and his reputation is destroyed. I am glad Ghomeshi is suing the CBC for millions.
