Cardio is what will burn the fat, but weight training to increase lean muscle mass can help increase basal metabolism as well.

ok, that's 30 min of cardio every day? how many calories would I burn with 30 minutes of running a day? What about 1 hour?
Weight Lifting:
I don't have any weights, and don't think I would have time ot drive to a gym. What's a good cheap way to weight lift in this case (talking < $100 bucks).

Excellent point indeed. Also consider if you have one bad meal to not freak out about it.
If you eat three meals a day that ends up being 21 meals a week. if you mess up on even two meals and misbehave you still are eating healthy 90% of the time. which is absolutely FAB.
Same goes with exercise.
In fact.... plan on cheating. PLAN on it. make it a reward thing. One meal is NOT going ot undo your whole weeks effort. Perhaps you can look forward to every friday night grabbing a pizza... MMM PIZZA. be somewhat reasonable and don't eat the whole thing, but you can definitely "CHEAT"!And even with that you can easily accept and forgive yourself for even ANOTHER cheat that you didn't plan on.
