I'm sorry, but I have this problem when it comes to people who use SJW, I immediately discredit their opinion on being anything of value. "Truth" isn't a virtue as it is in science, even if science avers from using that term. Telling a poor kid begging in the streets of India that his parents were asshats for crippling him isn't doing him any good, only satisfying some cruel twitch in the person telling the tale.

A lot of incorrigible and spoiled runaway youth become drug-addicted prostitutes and/or whores with little to live for and little motivation to rise above it. Telling one of them that isn't any help and likely won't be the intervention that prods them to change.

Many women wear ridiculous makeup and buy into sexist definitions of female "worth" from a dominant chauvinistic male culture. Telling one of them that won't necessarily do her any good, but will merely allow the teller to get his/her jollies off from telling them like it is. It's gratuitous.

Sharing in a caring manner, even if tough love, is proven to be more effective. This isn't caring. This is merely taking the anonymity of the trolls on the internet to the streets. Vive la bastards.

Rather than calling them names, why not let them know you are willing to walk with them on their journey of a healthier lifestyle?
Overweight people know they are overweight, no need to tell them that by shaming them. Let them know, by your actions, that you accept them just the way they are (don't we all need that?). Kindness and love will encourage change. Shaming leads to despair and self-defeat. People have enough of that already.
