I've always been a big fan of "What it Takes" from Pump. One of the reasons it's special to me is that it was a song playing on the radio when my dad recorded some home movies that I watched ten zillion times as a kid so I was already inclined to like it, but I would have liked it anyway because it's just a really good and memorable song.
For me it is "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing".
The first time I heard it was from the film "Armageddon" and I loved it.
Saw them long time ago with Great White. Stevens voice was just as good live as it is on CD.. was very impressed. I think my fave song would be Angel. It has so many memories. They have other songs that are great too. Cryin would have to be a close second.
Didn't know they toured with Great White. His voice is still crisp, even after a life of drugs and vocal cord surgeries. "Angel" is their highest charting hit in the 1980's I believe, peaking at #3. I almost got to see Aerosmith in 2009 until Steven Tyler broke his shoulder and canceled the rest of the tour. Need to get around to seeing them.
Ya they toured together back in 1992 or somewhere in that area. Steven broke his shoulder at the Sturgis Bike Rally which is where I am from. He accidently fell off the stage. lol.
