I know on One Life to Live a number of years ago Scott Evans' character had a drunken hook-up with an ex girlfriend after facing the fact he was gay. OF COURSE it resulted in pregnancy, apparently booze is better than fertility clinic treatments in Soap Opera Land.

The protagonists' boyfriends dropping them to get married to women was a plot point in both Testosterone and Mambo Italiano.

British show coronation street has a gay man in a relationship with a woman, character's name is Marcus dent, her name is maria. The actor who plays Marcus dent is gay in real life.

There are some clips on Youtube.

Some soaps have stories where gay men fall in love with women but I can't find clips anywhere (Egoli and Isidingo were two of them).

There was a Tori Spelling movie called Kiss the Bride. A man learns his old high school boyfriend is getting married to a woman. He decides to try to win him back. The bride-to-be has no idea of their past relationship but knows he's gay. There's a scene where when she's trying on her wedding dress he becomes so swept away they begin kissing and only stop going further because someone knocks on the door.
 
The British mini-series called Man in an Orange Shirt telling a very touching gay-in the-closet love story. The main character leaves his gay lover for a woman and his new born child. It's told in two periods of time. First half, after WWII and in the present time, the story was told from his grand-son point of views who is gay with self-conflicted as well.

What makes them so hot beyond the chemistry between the actors is the buildup - they both start out reluctant and then become more and more swept up each time. It's probably one of the hottest scenes of this kind I've ever seen. It makes me wish we knew of more foreign films with this subject matter as some are willing to go there without caring about backlash.

Diverso da Chi is another that had some doubt at first (she wanted him, they kissed and he would try to stop when it was obvious he wanted her, then he pushed her against a wall, then we saw him on top of her in bed), but that is hard to find anywhere.

Burnt Money also has a very hot, virile sex scene with a gay man sleeping with a woman because he's fed up of his very toxic relationship with his mentally ill boyfriend. The scene is intercut with the boyfriend self-harming, so it can be hard to watch.
 
Les Bien-Aimes, AKA Beloved, is a French musical that like many French films features miserable and depressed people looking for love. The main heroine is in love with a gay singer, who can never completely return her feelings. Toward the end of the film, she sees him again after many years - they have sex, and his boyfriend joins them.
 
A bizarre music video where a woman kidnaps two men and then sexily teases them until she cuts their bonds and they...have a threeway, I guess? There's also a knife and some blood. Their sexuality isn't mentioned directly but I saw it listed on TV Tropes.

 
Try the sentimental education of Eugenie where a woman cons a gay guy into sleeping with her. But Beware, there are knock off versions of this film. And the plots are different.
 
Films like these could never be made in this country. Uproar will always reign. Films would be boycotted, but also the anti gay will use these films against gays proving they can fuck women.

Absolutely. Even in countries with more complex portrayals of sexuality, like France and Germany, these types of films have faced controversy in recent years, but it's worse here because everything is so polarized and runs into a frenzy at first breath. I hope that might change, but I don't expect it to happen.

I've seen some clips of the 2005 Eugenie but I don't know what they're saying or the full context of the film so it's impossible to tell.
