Talking about "looking up banking info on our laptops" displays a pretty feeble understanding of how the whole computer/internet thing works. Which isn't a problem in and of itself, but presenting it as an argument against the Big Brotheresque measures put forth by those in Mod Tower puts the ignorance on display. And that's the sort of thing I can't imagine you using in court.

Yes, that was very dumb of me! It was absurd. Well, it is possible to hack into a computer and obtain info, but it's ridiculous to think that was the plan to determine whether the JUBBER lied, especially since JUB is a private company and can ban members at will. Yes, I should assume that terms take their common definition not a technical or technical definition. And, I've been to Dallas, I know how large it is. I also know that ISP addresses don't list an individual's specific physical address. But at 10:50ish last night, I lost my mind hence my first response.

I realized how stupid I was, hence my second post. I was making fun of myself b/c my assumptions were so dumb. Why I felt the need to share my stupidity beats the hell out of me. That was a mistake.

That's odd. Musicmanbflat was banned for being someone else but not for using racial slurs.

Silly me. I thought it was the racial slurs that did him in.

the exact reasons for the ban are posted on the first page of this old thread. i have no clue why you needed to bump it for this rather unnecessary remark.
