1/2 cup red kidney beans (fork tender-not mushy)preferably in a salad.

5-6 ounces good quality greek yogurt

1- medium-large banana

1/2- cup oatmeal(made with 1 cup milk/water

Eat/add these four items to your diet every day for two weeks to one month for improved or great results.Report back if you like.
 
You just mix them all together?

I eat my oats with my yogurt.My banana as a snack.And my kidney beans in a garden salad or even in a potato salad.

If you want pretty poop, eat beetroots.

I eat oatmeal at least 4 times a week and kidney beans several times a month. Bananas often go in my morning cereal or for an evening snack. I eat yoghurt, but not Greek yoghurt. (A by-product in making it is acid whey, and it's causing a world-wide pollution problem.)
 
Does cleaner poop mean that I don't have to scrub the toilet bowl any more, or that I'll have a cleaner arse?

Better,easier fuller evacuation,as well as a cleaner ass.You know the kind of poops when you wipe and there is nothing on the bath tissue?You you will have a lot more of those.

I can't be eating fruit every day, once a year is more than enough.
 
I wonder why yoghurhurt doesn't come in beet. They put everything else in it.
 
Eat lots of fiber - fruits and veggies. Cleaner poop is less important than better health. ..|
 
I can't think of a polite way to say this but what the heck. If you drink a glass of water with about a tablespoon of cider vinegar in it once a day your stools will be odourless. Good cider vinegar should have a cloudy sediment.

Kidney beans are convenient in dry form, or canned both loaded with health benefits.

Oatmeal/porridge is recommended as a daily breakfast food...try mixing with a handful of raisins, my favourite.

Bananas are one the most nutritious fruits available...rich in potassium vital for maintaining a healthy heart.

Daily, I consume Greek style natural yoghurt, with just a dab of honey for breakfast, and again late in the evening.

It's amazing that the other 316,370,000 people managed to survive, isn't it?

Are they all already living on porridge and bananas, do you suppose? Or, perhaps it's Tim Hortons that is the real key to longevity. :)



BTW, you didn't say how old any of those 610,000 people were when they died. As I recall, it was around 1958 when the US decreed that henceforth, no one in the States can die of old age. ;)

The cloudy sediment is called the "mother". That is the only kind you should drink the way you describe.
 
I didn't notice stuffed cabbage on Vannie's list of must-eats. And as for posting #13, who wants odorless poop? Half the thrill of pooping is the aroma.

P.S. Vannie mentions "bath tissue." Toilet paper is not bath tissue. Can you imagine the mess in your bathtub if you use toilet paper to take a bath or shower with?
