Yeah I'm having this problem, too. I think it's because I've been banned from a few cams and if that happens you get a 30 day chat ban or something. It kind of pisses me off because I never said anything rude or offensive. A lot of guys are just really trigger happy with that ban button. I complimented one guy who didn't have his sexual orientation listed. He asked if I was male or female and banned me as soon as I said male. Jeez! I would have left if he asked.
 
there's a problem with the chat today, all rooms have no chat working except for the room creator.

anyway, all i can say is cam4 is addicting and the guys i met there are really hot! i like it when they tease on cam4 but do it only on private, the exclusivity is such a turn on
 
i think this page doesn't work for me at all. do you have to have a cam to chat? because it doesn't let me chat with them at all. i thought i had a pretty decent connection...
 
How do you guys go private on cam4?
I am a member there but there is no way to go private. Once on cam you have your own chat room but its open to all as far as I can see
 
Has anyone else been having trouble getting the cams at cam4.com to load? Last night and again tonight, I'm finding that it takes forever for most of the images to load. The chat comes through, and occasionally a video will load quickly, but usually, the video takes a long time or does not load at all. I've cleared the cache, made sure that I have the latest versions of Adobe Flash, IE and Firefox, and nothing helps. I'm wondering if this could be a problem at cam4.com.

I also lost ability to chat with people - i try to enter my screen name and i get a message that it is invalid or already taken. I try different nick names but nothing works, so I can only watch but can't talk to anyone. Is it possible i was banned without even knowing it? I thought the people I watch had ability only to kick me out of their room, but not the whole website. Anyway, I don't even know when and how i got banned - I never say anything nasty to people.
Will I have to wait a month to be able to chat again? This would be tuff! I think I am addicted! LOL

1. Anybody know if these are real live cams? or are they precorded, then uploaded?

2. Do the people in the cams have a username? and can they respond back? cause the ones ive been to, they don't talk and nobody knows what their screennames are in the chat
 
Watching other people is really laggy for me on there :(

But.. I can still show myself just fine, so that's good!
