Who gets to make that judgement?

Come to think of it what exactly are 'actual worship facilities', and what counts as a legitimate object of worship?

I never understand why certain belief systems count as 'religions' and others don't

Historically governments have assumed that if it involves supernatural beings it's a religion, but that's been changing.

It's a topic worth discussing, so....
