I wouldn't worry about switch not getting support like the Wii u. It is the fastest selling console of this gen I believe Nintendo are gonna look after this one its making them some good money
 
Yeah, unfortunately the Wii u bungled the landing and that set the scene for the rest of its lifespan. The switch doesn't have the same issue

I ended up getting them both. I got the Mega Drive because I still have some old games like Aladdin from my one that broke and they work fine on it.lol
 
I went back to Final Fantasy 15 as I've been ignoring the Assassins Festival stuff since it came out. Since it ends tomorrow I couldn't help myself but hurry up and get the items from it before it disappears.
 
Bought Monster Hunter World. First game I bought for full price in a while, so far really enjoying it.
 
Monster Hunter World is absolutely awesome.

The best part about it? It's one of the most honest releases of a triple A title in a long time (excluding nintendo). No, microtransactions, free dlc coming, the game feels complete and no day one patches, no huge issues as far as I am aware. Plus the amount of content in the game seems very huge, you can really lose yourself in it.

First time in years that when I spent full price for a game I didn't feel disappointed in it.
 
Yeah so many people are talking about that game. I've never even heard of it til about a month ago. Maybe I'll give it a go!
 
Not a lot going on right now, I turn my xbox on for 10 minutes and im bored. Monster hunter looks ok, quite complex if you don't know what you are doing, and sea of thieves felt boring. Hopefully anthem is good.

I've always known of the series but it was never on a console that I owned, mostly on handheld stuff. So it was a def buy for me when it was coming to ps4 and xbox one, didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Easy to get sucked in, though it is a learning curve, but once you grasp that the game keeps you in it.
 
Playing Super Mario Odyssey on the Switch.
I can tell you that it's as good as advertised.
 
Does anyone like Yoshi's Wolly World on the Wii U? It's pretty colourful and full of yarn.:gogirl:
