Ok we get it the game sucks. I never liked Duke Nukem and this just goes to show that it will drop down to $20 in a matter of weeks YAY for cheap ass gamers.

Xbox Live user information has been released onto the net

Hacker group LulzSec has reportedly released a file containing Xbox Live user information in combination with logins for other services such as Facebook, Twitter and Paypal. The exact amount of information compromised is not known at this time but the hacking group isn’t picking targets – casual gamers, long time live players and even government official’s information may have been compromised.

The group uploaded a large file containing usernames and passwords for the various services including Xbox Live last night. The file has since been removed but not before LulzSec could claim that the file had been viewed thousands of times.

I'm playing Dwarf Fortress again.

Spent a week building a fortress only to have my whole population butchered by goblins.

Then I started again and breached a cavern. It didn't take long for the dralthas to start bargeing into my fort.

At the moment I'm digging out a huge hall in the soil, so I might be able to harvest underground trees an maybe keep some Draltha there.

I sincerely hope those goblins won't get me this time.

62,000 passwords and email address are still floating around on the net. Some of them give access to Xbox Live accounts.

Lulzsec are being very bold with their 'catch us if you can' statements, SEGA is the latest company to get hacked, Lulzsec are denying this one though.

^kudos to that guy playing Saria's Song at the true 280BPM. No Sheik's theme or Gerudo Valley (although that is a guitar piece anyways) makes me sad though.

OoT has such a timeless soundtrack. I wouldn't be surprised if Zelda's Lullaby reaches the iconic status of "Theme of Love" from FFIV.

any Rift players in the house?

I tend to game on my PC during the summer months, because my home office is a lot easier to cool than my living room, and I saw it on sale today for $10 (+$15/month)... giving serious thought to buying it just to have something to waste time with for a few months.

I have a Rift account that I've had since launch...although I hardly play these days. I got my Cleric to 50 and kinda lost interest. That's happened to me in every MMO I've played since I left DAoC (my first love). I hate raiding/end-game grinding with a passion.

At least in DAoC after I hit cap and did some RvR, I could roll alts for BGs and just PvP to my heart's content.

We were on Harrow but our guild apparently jumped to Deepstrike. I may log in at some point this weekend to transfer my characters over. Who knows.

Civ 5 is sucking up most of my gaming time these days.
