Gay Mecca cities of the world

San Francisco is considered the gay mecca in the U.S. so I was wondering what other cities in the world are referred to as gay meccas? I also know of Guadalajara in Mexico. It would be great if people could list the cities and if possible post a photo of the city in order to see what they look like.

I was told that Puerta Vallarta was the "gay Mecca" of Mexico.

For Germany: Cologne. Beautiful city, a great city for gays in general and home to Christopher Street Day.

True, though I have heard that the Cologne one is the biggest&best. Will check that out for myself this year.

It's where the Dutch 'Golden Girls' go shopping while on cheap package deal holidays.

That, amount of gay venues, events, but I think it's more an overall vibe.

In S.E.Asia I would say Thailand with Bangkok,Pattaya,Chang Mai the main centres for gay visitors.

Paris is gay friendly as far as "gay" means "wealthy"... Paris is literally a ghetto of poshy well-do-to people, so basically Paris is money-and-style-friendly, gay or not, and all the better if you are francophile

Well Montreal is very very gay friendly, and we have a huge gay village which according to Wikipedia is one of the largest in North America. I am including some generic pictures of the village. The first one is a map of the village, as you can see it is quite large. During the summer months they close down St. Catherine street in the village to cars and it becomes a huge pedestrian mall photo #3. The bars and restaurants set up terraces on the street and it basically becomes a summer long festival. Even the subway station in the village displays the gay colors with pride Photo #2.

Also Montreal has an abundance of hot men, it is incredible how many hot men there are in this city, someone for every taste. Everyone that I have met from out of town always says what an incredible gay village Montreal has. I recommend a visit here for any gay man you will love it!!! Can you tell I love my city lol.
