Gay men always want straight guys

I hate these generalizations that people love to throw around. There are plenty of guys who are into a more fem type of guy. And, while I love masculinity, I would never suck off a straight guy.

I have to agree with you sir.. It happens to me all the time... Back in high school iv been wanting a straight guy for so long... And it happened twice.. Then when i realized i was wasting my time(x1000), everytime i would find a guy attractive and then find out that we was straight, id lose the interest few days later heh...

IMO, im not attracted to a guy cause hes straight, or act like a straight guy, but because he doesnt act like a girl. Im gay cause i love guys, not because i want to be with a girl-like guy. And if you look around you, you'll find TONS of normal gay guy that will be even more attractive than straight guy heh.;)
 
There are tons of hot beefy masculine gay men out there, and many of them are more masculine than most straight men. And some of them are *gasp* bottoms too.

I'm detecting a lot of internalized homophobia in this thread.

For the record, I've found straight men physically attractive before, but I was never thinking anything more than "Oh, eye candy." Gay men are much more exciting because there's always the possibility of dating/sex or flirting with the guy and getting the flirting returned, even if it's subtle 'bro-flirting'.

Same here. It's a personal preference. It's like I get turned off seeing totally shaved (bare) pubic region regardless of how masculine and hot the rest of that body is. I don't mind trimmed...just not bare.

I have many theories on this topic.

One of them is that gay men desire straight men simply because they are higher up on the social hierarchy than gay men, so fucking a "straight" guy would somehow be transitive in increasing their social value. It's similar to the way that many black men desire white or light-skinned women--they are viewed as socially "better," and therefore as more attractive.

I understand that this is not a PC answer, but I don't think this topic necessarily warrants inoffensive answers.
 
I think it's an extra ego boost when you're the guy that's the exception to the rule. You know what I mean? If he's "straight" you're assuming he's only been attracted to females previously.

It's kind of a turn on for me to know that most of the guys I've been with claim to have never hooked up with another guy before or after me. Most of them are now married and/or have children.

Also, I think it's generally harder to tell when a very masculine guy is gay, especially if he's not the type that declares his sexuality to everyone the first time he shakes their hand.

Finally, and most importantly, there could be absolutely no reason at all for this. Is there a reason you like blondes over brunettes? Or blue eyes over green? You can't control who you're attracted to. Anyone that struggled with their sexuality as a child should know that...

I think the reason why i get attracted to straight guys because they are so easy to get along with they don't act stuck up they are easy to talk too and they are fun to be around with. At work/college i get the talking to a straight guy we click and become friends most gay men they act stuck up they aren't interested in being friends.

I have this gay guy on my facebook i saw him at college one day that boy had his nose up so high in the air he could catch a bird.


And another gay guy i know is only nice to females which is weird
 
I don't think it's scientific in the slightest. Straight men are the "forbidden fruit" for most gay man. And for the vast majority of people want what they can't have. It's the same with straight men finding lesbian women (the pretty ones) so attractive.
