As a side note, Annie Potts (who plays the matriarch Gigi in GCB, and was in the show "Designing Women" in the 1980s/1990s), appeared on The View to discuss Newt Gingrich & other social conservatives who are bashing GCB, because of the title.

She said

CANCELED! The ratings were in the toilet. It's not nearly official, but it never attracted enough viewership and its stars have suggested the series has been canceled.

You know who was trying to get 'GCB' cancelled all along? Conservative Christians from "Focus on the Family," "Parents Television Council," and "One Million Moms." They are no doubt cheering & celebrating right now.

Let's be honest ya'll...the show itself--well, it really wasn't that good. I'd have kept watching for the guys...and Cricket, though. Same with Secret Circle...and pretty much anything CW spits out these days. The majority of the shows are pretty bad, but I DO appreciate alot of the eyecandy they got runnin' around over there.

I don't think the basis between Ringer and Good Christian Bitches are completely different. They rotate around rich people and their first-world problems. Even when Ringer is more 'criminal-based' and 'erotic' whereas Good Christian Bitches is more comedic and (maybe) cynical, they are alike.

And yeah, Cricket is fierce First I dislike her, but I like her more and more
