I don't know if alcohol makes me louder, but it does seem to make me feel freer about my words and actions. It can make me sleepy, but I'll only sleep for a short time, and then be wide awake and feel very tired.

No, at least not my bedroom window that faces my neighbors'. They have this bright light that is constantly coming on during the night. I have to keep the drapes closed if I want any sleep. Though I do keep the drapes open on the window which faces my back yard, which stays dark through the night.

Do you have neighbors that get noisy during the night? I do. I don't know what it is about dominos, but they slap the tiles on the table and yell and get all excited about the game. And they also have loud parties.
 
In my room? The whole apartment is mine. In my bedroom I have a TV which I rarely watch and a radio which I listen to every day.
