self cut but i go for pedicures and foot massage as often as i can.

I have and I am hypoglycemic, so I end up having to eat something.


Do you use a lot of oil in your cooking?
 
i use them moderately. i use virgin olive oil or walnut oil for salads and use 100% japanese sesame oil when i do special tempura. for stir-fry foods, i use olive oil mixed with sesame or coconut oil.

do you use asian condiments?
 
I also use virgin olive oil, peanut oil, and walnut oil, sometimes mixed. I also make my own basil olive oil from my fresh basil for the winter.
Wish I knew how to do Tempura I love it

I can only get a few asian condiments.

You use a Wok or a regular pan?
 
i have a wok and a regular pan as well.

what is your most valued kitchen appliance/ utensil?
 
I wear rings, necklaces, bracelets, and wristbands. I'm toying with the idea of getting my earlobe pierced, but not sure about that.

I've not tried Korean food myself.
