A little of both. I enjoy doing things during the day, but if I work late I'm up for a while. Nothing else to do but go along with being awake at night.

Both! I like this time of night because I'm relaxed and I also like the morning when I put 45 minutes aside for myself before getting ready for work

Not as much as I would like. I tend to run from A to B and forget there are things that deserve to be admired. Museums for example.
