It's good that even with the negativity and headaches,you have a great work environment and get great support from those from the top level.

With myself,the negative attitudes of many of my coworkers,whether it's multiple cancellations ,half assing it with the grocery loads coming in...putting more pressure and needless work on my shift,and customers who have no regard and leave returns all over the store.

The positive ...my bosses are pretty good to deal with,I work well with the customers and my coworkers and try to be positive and respectful to everyone,and I have a good benefits package .

What is the funniest thing you ever did?

I'll narrow down the funny thing to something I said today

I was speaking with an old irate client. He had such a toilet mouth. I suggested to him that since his mother raised a gentleman, he should talk like one. I silenced the client and my co-workers who overheard the call were doubled over laughing. They couldn't believe I said what I did

On my last flight to DC, the guy next to me was farting, and everyone on the plane was looking at me. So I took a magazine and fanned him.

No I have not. It reminded me of a time a few years ago when I saw a woman walking out of the lady's room at the mall and her skirt was stuck in the back of her sheer pantyhose. I laughed uncontrolably

Most of the time yes, I do try to inform them discreetly.
