Being on a budget I seem to only make charitable donations during the holidays.

What was the last organization you made a donation to?

I guess it was volunteering 4 hours of my time at the food bank a couple of months ago. Otherwise, I donate to 4 charities near and dear to me via payroll deductions throughout the year which my employer matches dollar for dollar

That sounds like a great idea,especially with your employer matching your contribution.Very good for you and your employers!

I would love to resolve to stop proscratinating so much and do a little more with my life in the New Year.

I've purchased four gifts for him - two of which he asked for and the other two will be surprises

We'll open gifts Christmas morning when he comes home from work

Is there a gift you rec'd as a child that still holds special memories?

Nothing I can remember except all the toys I received as a kid.

Thanksgiving; it truly is the time of year when I reflect on the blessings in my life, and look back on the year with both happiness for what I was able to accomplish, and with regret for the things I still haven't done.

Fourth Of July........Independence day. I love going to the beach that week and admiring everyone there, and splashing in the ocean.

Don't celebrate Boxing Day and definitely won't this year as I take the BF for his next round of chemo on that day. Ugh!
