It seems AG Sessions went to visit the GITMO facility this last week. Comments made to the press and general speculation is that the Trump Administration is getting ready to keep his promise of filling it up again with 'bad guys'. Now my question is where from, most of the prisoners there were taken from Afghanistan and Iraq during the period when we were essentially an occupying nation. That condition no longer exists and I don't think we have the legal authority under international law to round of 'POWs' from battlefields that we are not the main forces on the ground. Am I wrong on there being a legal issue on this?
