On Topic Discussion Glee actor Mark Salling, 35, found dead

^ what I'm trying to say is, it's sexuality. It's either fine so long as actual consent is paramount (which is clearly not possible for the actual event, so no one is defending rape here) or every person from any orientation is automatically a sexual predator because they wanna fuck at some point in a specific manner, the entire conception of ethics be damned since action is no longer how to judge.

That was part of the whole volunteer bit, anyway. I think there might be some confusion, because how addiction is handled is also how the competent handle things that are not addicting but still deemed Quite Bad.

And I wasn't relying on parents, god no. Parents are idiots, by and large. I was relying on the general need for a parent to know where the kid should be at a given point to match it with proposed events should a concern from said kid come to light. Can't blame something on a reputation if they're not available, after all.

And I mean the adult being available (in the area), not the child being in the area. I'm 'heavily implying' voluntary electric monitoring is a likely way to encourage impulse control for the few times being around children could be unavoidable for the still innocent. There's been some good results with pictures of eyes next to signage to lessen the frequency of minor bad behavior, I'd think something similar psychologically speaking would apply here. There'd be more of a response since its voluntary, and I'd think it'd be both a reassurance to the possible perpetrator that there's other safety measures besides willpower that they could point themselves to. Among it also being a promise that if we know where people are, we also know where they're not.

Mind you, for the guilty I'd suggest creating tiny self supporting towns/communities with no children after jail time is served and a severely restrictive monitoring system so they bloody well stay there to go with continued therapy. I could also be talked into a quick shot to the head depending on the individual.

I've never been a fan of 'let's leave people to the same situation they fucked up with in the first place, besides, now they're probably somebody else's problem!', which is what currently occurs.
