But no mind, this is so tragic, both for any kids he abused not seeing their abuser being punished in full and the guy himself, sadly for a high profile pedo there's no coming back or blending back into society, his career was over but with the right kind of help he may have went on to have lead a better life, sad all round really.

This part of your post actually makes a point.

I am always VERY SKEPTICAL about "Child Porn" charges -- NOT because I advocate for that kind of thing -- more because we might have images on our hard drives that we don't even know are of underaged people.

I remember a few years back in Atlanta -- the news went NUTS one day when 20 or 30 people were arrested in an overnight STING operation for "child porn". They even NAMED the arrested and quite possibly gave out addresses.

Months later - EVERY SINGLE ONE of them was found NOT GUILTY.

So -- yeah -- sad that the guy killed himself. Skeptical about the reasoning.

It's Mark Salling, not Selling.

If we're in a place where we're happy that someone killed himself, particularly over pictures and the acts of a vengeful girlfriend, then it's not just Mark Salling who is the sick person.

It's a waste- more stupidity from a talented person.

There's no doubt that he had a problem. His admission of possession of over 50,000 images and 2 videos of prepubescent minors is damning. There was never any evidence that he was the abuser or that he took the images. He was a convicted sexual offender, his life and career was ruined and he hanged himself in the end.

Meanwhile, those who actually did the abuse and took the pictures are probably scot-free and quite possibly still doing it. Perhaps the anger would be better directed toward them.

Don't you think he bears some responsibility as a cause for the market to exist? That his consumption gave rise for the abuse to take place? Does the baker have a storefront because someone is buying bread?

I would suggest that both the producer and the consumer of child abuse images are worth some anger.

Suicide isn’t any sort of justice to the victims who were harmed here, but he’s no one that should be missed.

The images are often free, so it's not a market based upon price. It's something that exists because there's a group of people out there who exploit and abuse other people, including children. And there's a group of collectors and traders who traffic in the stuff.

Stop those who produce the content and you kill it at the source. Stop those who are trafficking in and exploiting the children and you've done something much more important.

Would the trade of 50,000 such images flourish were it not for the interest of the consumer?

To be frank: is it one of the companies that advertise on sites like pornhub or do they stay away from such places? I am getting a bit scared, you see. Can one come across them without actively looking for them, while looking for other porn, even amateur porn?

TBW, I've no idea how they get away with it, perhaps they are all over 18, certainly don't look it, perhaps that's the market they're going for, i'm not even sure it's on the banned list anymore, i just remember it was when i got here, you usually run across there stuff on twink porn tumblrs, i see it frequently when i'm going through Helix heavy tumblrs, it's an easy mistake to make though as sometimes the logo is shaded at the bottom or missing all together, the pics however all have the same look and unmistakable sheen about them.
