Glee! [merged]

Sorry for double post but did anyone else notice the blatant commercialism in this episode? Jarrod's and the Gap, are the ones I remember.

The Gap didn't phase me, but the Jarrod reference actually threw me a little. It just seemed so in-your-face.

Liked this episode too. I just hope that they don't have Finn/Quinn get back together. Don't know why, but I don't like them together.

Love Darren Criss. Didn't really like When I get you alone, but loved Silly Love Songs.

I know what you mean --- I don't like Finn/Quinn together either -- Seems they should get him back with Rachel -- I have a feeling they will work that out somehow --

The episodes on their own all seem awesome to me, but they haven't really come together well at all. It's like there is nothing really tying them together as a whole.

Season one there was the season long arc of Quinn/Puck/Finn, Rachel and Finn will they wont they?, Will and his batshit crazy wife... things that progressed and kept me interested.

This season, it feels like if you miss an episode, it doesn't really matter. Every episode seems to be either "Who will join/leave which club (Glee,Football, Cheerios)" or "Who will dump who and immediately pick up with someone else?"

I really love Glee, I just hope the writers get it together, seems more like No Directions these days.

Also, in every one of Darren's performances, he reminds me of Carlton from Fresh Prince, singing some Tom Jones.

<3<3<3<3<3 This episode was another good one! I was laughing at at some parts Love Santana. Had a good laugh at the last part with tacky fireworks ROFL.

and Lauren + santana fight = Epic. bahahahahah

I liked the Ep. but have some problems with the storyline.

1. In the Brittney Ep. Santana told the dentist that her dad was a Real doctor and her insurance was the best. In this ep. She is supposedly from the Hood? WTF?

2. I really hope that they don't pair Blaine and Kurt just because they are both gay. Blaine obviously has a different type that Kurt does not fit into.

I hope Rachel is finally moving on from Finn. Loved Artie & Mike's performance of PYT. I like Artie's voice the best of the Glee Club. Blaine for Non-Glee.

Santana was trying to make herself sound tough which was part of the joke. She is likely the least hood of all the glee kids.

Not everyone has a "type." He had a crush on someone he had coffee with a few times, but that doesn't mean he only likes tall, blond, Gap guys.

1. If you actually watched the episode closely (not to mention I commented on it earlier) the fact that she bought a necklace from a jewelry store says she comes for wealth.

2. I honestly think they will try dating and realize it just isn't the same dynamic. Besides the whole "gay" thing, straight people definitely do the friends -> relationship thing also and most of the time, it doesn't work out. Just because you love someone, doesn't mean you are "in" love with them (I differentiate as the in=penetration lmao). While I think Darren Criss (or w/e his name is) is decent looking, I am so fucking sick of the theatrics. Fucking put your arms by your side while you sing once in a while. Enough shuffling also.

3. That is why people loved this episode: besides the 1-dimensional characters that have been in the past, Rachel actually learned something.

I disagree. Everyone has a type. It does not it's a physical type. What i got from the ep. was that Blaine liked the more masculine/jock guys.

I did watch the ep. Condescending to me does exactly what for you?

It seemed to me that every time the spotlight Santana she gets more ghetto. I didn't enjoy the slam fest and Santana still talks shit.

^^^^Types change- if you saw the guys I've dated or had feelings for, you'd have NO IDEA what my type is....from surfer blonds to daddy bears.....if it's there, it's there. If Glee and idiot producer Mrphy, takes Blaine down the bi path- I'm done....

I am incline to agree also. Hell, when I get drunk, I have had make out sessions with females but that by no means makes me bi.

Knowing Murphy, it will be with Rachel and push both Fin and Kurt to new levels.](*,)

I have always been attracted to masculine some my age or older and such. However, the base attraction of masculinity was always there. People are different, but as you say if it's there, it's there and if it was there for Blaine it would have shown and Jeremiah wouldn't have had one coffee date let alone 2!

Eh...last night's show was ok. I was expecting better songs since the theme was "Anthem". And of all of the songs in Rent to choose from, they choose "love me or leave me" - the only song I dislike in the whole play.

The previews for next week look awesome.

This episode was just meh. I don't care for Bieber and the My Chemical Romance song was good but the tartan creeped me out.

You know what this season needs? Some Kurt and Fin home drama, especially with regionals right around the corner. Seriously, this is a very good plot line completely ignored. The two fucking live together, don't you think they would talk to each other? Maybe Rachel uses Fin to get Kurt to spill the beans on the songs they will sing. Maybe even better, Kurt invites Blaine over for some "alone time" and Fin walks in on them making out. So much possibility.

Guys....

I was reading TVTRopes.org and I found this

During the Bills, Bills, Bills performance someone is sitting outside the window in a black hoodie and pants similar to those of the Dalton uniform. At the football game Karofsky is wearing a black hoody and pants similar to those of the Dalton uniform...

* Oh Crap! I have no idea if that's intentional or not, but if we find out later that it is...

O.O

*fear*

So...Kurt's biphobia makes him even more unlikeable. Probably my least favourite character on television at the moment.

But I thought it was a good episode overall. And, surprisingly (not), the Ke$ha was way better than the actual song.

Ugh...I've always hated Kurt. Not at all b/c he his feminine. He's just so manipulative, annoying, judgmental, hypocritical, and a selfish little baby. And what sucks most is he is like America's gay sweetheart, even winning a golden globe.

While the biphobia is a tad realistic, since there are many gays who are like that. But it's still stupid b/c everything else about Kurt sexuality is completely stupid and unrealistic.
